Their call center is a joke and no one can actually do their job. I was promised my supplies were ordered and going out several times only for nothing to show up. When I mentioned how important my supplies were, she said if I need them so bad then go buy them on Amazon. I pay for health insurance for a reason and her job is to navigate insurance for me. But OH NO! I had forgotten to put something inside! I felt so bad; he had done such a nice job! Dennis, said not to worry! He unwrapped what he had already painstakingly wrapped, all the while making me not feel absolutely terrible! He said, happens all the time, I'd rather you discovered that now rather than after it was on it's way, and other nice things. Never once did he utter a complaint! He truly went above and beyond for me and I'll choose this Fed Ex over the one closer to me next time!
