I'm very sad to leave this review as I have had items printed here for years and I've always been…read morehappy with the results. Bob, the owner is a very matter of fact, but overall decent guy who will help you out. Dont expect to have him chat your ear off or anything- not gonna happen- but he's a nice guy who does his job well. I always felt uneasy that he understood what I wanted with tshirts but then id come back a couple days later to find he did exactly what I wanted. The prices here are more expensive than online but I always prefer to support local small businesses so we've used them for 5 years. Unfortunately I've had to move to an online retailer because of my horrible experience with the guy who works(ed?) for Bob. It's been a year and a half since I made the switch. (Just started thinking about what a jerk this guy was to me and decided to vent). Bob was on vacation when I went to have tshirts made. This guy treated me like I was an idiot. I brought my files the exact way I had many times before, clear instructions of what I needed, and a mock up of the finished product. (Pretty easy, 2 color, front only shirt). The file was an eps file just like I had been instructed many times to bring but that wasn't good enough for him. He wanted it as a vector (I thought it was a vector already) and in ai format. Okkkk I sent him the file and he made fun of me that it was converted to a vector by the program and not drawn that way. Sorry, I'm not a graphic designer or paid for my role. I'm quite sure many people bring much, much worse to them to put on tshirts. This was a high quality, huge vector file.. Not some grainy 72dpi web image. He was so rude I felt like crying. Then when I went to pick up the tshirts they were not even close to the right color. He said it was my fault by not giving him the exact Pantone color number I wanted. (Never needed that before either...Pantone color books are expensive, come on) The color I wanted was bright yellow! Not too hard to figure out! He printed it a beige color. He had my mock up. It was like he wanted to use up what he had and thought I'd take it cause I'm some dumb blonde and I volunteer for a charity. Never one did he apologize. He basically made fun of me the whole time. We had to pay for the reprint of the shirts. Sadly after this experience I moved to jakprints who are not only much cheaper but have amazing customer service and an easy, online ordering system free of jerks demeaning me!

I've been to this place one or two times and picked up a couple sets of scrubs and was pleased with…read moremy experience up until today. The first thing I'll say is the selection of unisex scrubs is lacking. As a larger male nurse I have trouble finding uniforms to try on as it is let alone unisex scrubs. From what I can tell there was no selection of 3X unisex tops available in any color other than white. Not a big deal really and the shop owner did offer to order some in for me but I'll admit I was hesitant as I can do just the same thing online and have them dropped at my door step in I imagine half the time via Amazon. I tried on a total of two tops and one pair of bottoms in what I can guess was about 4-5 minutes. All the while the shop owner was very attentive and helpful. No tops were available as I mentioned so I wanted one pair of bottoms. She brought up 2 pairs of pants for me to which I replied I would only be needing one pair today. She showed me what she had to offer for ordering scrubs and how much they would cost. She mentioned there would be a sale going on through to the end of February and gave me the prices which seemed reasonable. I made note of them in my phone as well as tried out a stethoscope and made note of it's price as well. Then things got weird. As I'm putting these things in my phone to check on the price online/have it for ordering from her later she seems to insist that I check online to see her prices are the best. I inform her I am being paid tomorrow and was not intending on making a large purchase today. As I ask her what the exact product number of the scrub top is (I intended to have this information so I could call my order in over the phone as I do not live in town and it's a bit out of my way.) she appears to be annoyed with me. Not even thinking anything of it I also confirm the type of stethoscope so I can check some reviews on it to make sure it's something I want. Granted I would probably also make sure I'm not paying too much more than I would online but if it were negligible I am a man of convenience and would prefer just to pick things up locally. She then proceeds to inform me that going into a shop trying things on is "tacky". Saying she had a woman do the same spending "30-40" minutes being helped only to not make a purchase after trying things on. She claims she heard my place of work was making lab coats mandatory (which it was) and that she extended her scrub sale on through the month to make sure "could help us out". The whole situation was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. Granted I can understand her frustration at such a situation I must point out that I did make a purchase albeit perhaps not as large as she had hoped. Secondly I spent less than 10 minutes in the shop total so I was not a great time consumer. Thirdly I would have made a larger purchase if the correct unisex scrub top was available. I can understand that unisex probably does not sell as well but I can't buy what is not being sold. All in all it's a decent shop that will probably fill the needs of the average person in the medical field looking for uniforms, stethoscopes and even shoes but I will say that I will probably make my intended purchase during the sale and not be returning for future business. Perhaps she was having a bad day and took it out on me but I can't really say I feel it was totally justified if not quite a bit tacky in of itself.
