From a simple prepaid return, to an overseas shipment, she does everything thoroughly and with a smile. Note to those sending overseas packages, you may experience issues trying to deal with others who work here who may tell you they cannot ship to another country, but they CAN and I think this is a training issue. Be sure to come in (during the week) when Ashley is there if you have an overseas parcel to mail. My brother has tried to ship something to Australia from this store only to be turned away. He went back on a weekday and Ashley was able to send it without issue. Another gentleman here (don't know his name) has assisted us with AT&T equipment returns and also helped us send some faxes. This guy does not know how to do the overseas shipping either as I have tried. But, he was very patient with me with the equipment return and did everything right to return the equipment to the vendor. Thanks Ashley for doing a great job!

I wanted to send a gift to a old friend in the burbs yet I did not want to take the fews hours of time to drive & spend the all the $$$ on gas so I swing in here expecting to have to pay for packing materials boxes etc... Nope I just gave them the address & $20.00 got a receipt & I was out the door that simple so easy it was unreal. from this piont forward any large packages I have going out are going through the UPS store it does not get any easier than this.

I make a few trips here every year while I have not personally taken advantage their promotion…read moreproducts, I do stop in to buy individual sheets of paper, I am usually out the door for less than $5.00 and stock up on some card stock crack n peel and other sorts of fine parchment. Despite my small purchases they still treat me like your everyday customer, and are willing to look through inventory to help me find what ever shade or thickness I need which is awesome. They have a printing lab in the back and sample of there promotion products all through out the showroom for to get ideas on how you can better promote your self. While it may not be your Staples or Office Max I prefer the personal service I get here and the fact that I can skim a few sheets of paper of a $20.00 ream of paper and be out the door.

Super detail oriented. They always communicate thoroughly about the outcomes before pushing out a proof. I made an order for 25 head cut out for my bachelorette party . The request was made four days before the event and they literally were able to provide exactly what I wanted. it was a riot was a static that it was caring around this perfectly printed fan with the face of my fiancé. Thank you all at D and R for making my vision come to life. I really value your creative insight with everything you guys do. The quality is definitely worth the price.. as I always do I will continue to go to D and R for printing needs.
