I would try to find any other provider before dealing with these people. I have waited months for my CPAP supplies and there's always an excuse why they can't provide them. Their call center is a joke and no one can actually do their job. I was promised my supplies were ordered and going out several times only for nothing to show up. The manager of this location is the absolutely most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life. When I mentioned how important my supplies were, she said if I need them so bad then go buy them on Amazon. I pay for health insurance for a reason and her job is to navigate insurance for me. If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately it's not an option. How evil do you have to be to tell someone you're delivering a hospital bed to a 95-year-old dying woman and not show up with the bed after her room was emptied out and she's had to sleep scrunched up in a chair for days and they don't even have the decency to call you back and tell you that the bed is not being delivered when I called the fifth time they tell me it's going to be delivered on Monday. Today is Saturday which means she has to sleep in a chair for two more nights. Because they don't deliver on the weekends so I guess peoples lives don't matter on the weekends do they? This isn't like delivering a TV or a couch. This is a human being. read more

Completely unprofessional company. Switch to this company because my insurance no longer dealt with the last company I had which I don't know why because they were awesome. Lincare on the other hand is a complete joke. Needing CPAP supplies. I was supposes to get monthly supplies starting I. March of 2020. Never got one supply. Called in April 2020 to find out where my supplies were. I was told they were shipping them out. 2 weeks later nothing came. Called a second time..the lady said she was again shipping out my supplies..2 weeks go by and nothing. Call a third time..again supplies were being shipped out. All I received was a paper air filter and that's it..nothing else. I call a 4th time and finally get someone who knows what to do. I get my supplies in a few days. Now I need supplies for May. Nothing comes. I call my rep that I dealt with in Ottawa IL and was told she was on lunch and would call me back..3 days later still no return call. I would strongly encourage anyone not to take a Customer service position here. The Center Manager is very fake. She is strong in her personal beliefs and if you don't share them your, she looks for ways to fire you. She has the customer service representative that has been there the longest spy. Very odd person, and position to be in. The rest of the staff is very professional. read more
