The people you called did not want to make an appointment but wanted you to let them help you. I refused because you couldn't understand them. Finally I received an appointment, but I was limited to 15 minutes and previous appointments had taken longer than that. I finally cancelled the service because it was originally over $150, then they wanted you to pay a much higher annual fee. I did not renew!
