However, I discovered that the phone is listed on the stolen registry and is completely unusable. I paid $600 in cash and am now demanding an immediate refund, but so far, no resolution. This store is two and a half hours away from me, and this situation has been a complete nightmare. When we went in to the store, I was told that one of the phones wouldn't even work anymore and that we'd have to by a 'new' phone for that line. Then they said I would have to upgrade my plan, which would obviously cost more. It told them that the 'several messages' I had received didn't say anything about additional costs or buying phones. So, I decided to go to T-Mobile. When they went to switch my account for my phone to T-Mobile account, the rep said "Your phone is locked by Boost". ??? My phone was paid for in cash 3 years prior!!! So I went back to the Boost store and said "I want the lock off my phone! I didn't even know there was a lock on it and I was never told there was one!". They said it would be 3 days! Just to unlock the phone!!! It took them 3 days. Also during this process, I found out that I had been paying for 3G service!!! I was told it was 4G. Disgusted all the way around!!!!

Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life!
