However, I discovered that the phone is listed on the stolen registry and is completely unusable. I paid $600 in cash and am now demanding an immediate refund, but so far, no resolution. This store is two and a half hours away from me, and this situation has been a complete nightmare. Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life! She said there are always special sales getting new phones. Sort of urged us to wait to get later. We have no children to ask how to work it. Asked if they could help teach us about the new different phone. They said no and said it would be $50 each phone to just set it up. Feel not welcomed and service unhelpful.
