My most recent visit was this past weekend and it was seamless and awesome, as all my visits have been. Though this location is busy on weekends, there is always someone who greets me right away. There have been a few visits that have been fairly long, but my most recent was so quick and easy. Customer service is an A+ here. I feel like they have a great balance of getting people in and out without feeling rushed. I have never had a question they couldn't answer. The staff knows their stuff. When I come in to upgrade, my new phone is always set up perfectly. On top of great customer service, I have always loved having Verizon. Though prices may be on the higher end, the service is flawless. The only reason I would ever switch is if prices exceeded my budget. Might I suggest a price break for those of us that have been loyal customers since the beginning? I didn't want to replace my previous review, just add to it. I guess my mom was jealous of my new iPhone and wanted one too! She was very nervous about switching over to a smart phone. Ben, (le sigh, with those dreamy baby blues), guided her through the basics and made her feel really confident about her new phone. I love that I always get great customer service there from people who really know there stuff. Even the people not directly helping us are always friendly. The application can be found online you can apply online as well as upload documentation needed. I believe it's only for internet services. But, it's like $10 a month for internet if you qualify. With no installation fee or anything. Xfinity has a similar program called Internet Essentials. If you live in subsidized housing, or your kids get free lunches you qualify. I found out about these programs by chance after getting connected with at&t & incurring an installation fee of $99 and a $67 bill for the worst 10 days of service I've ever experienced. Even though they approved me today through AT&T for Access program they will not take away the installation fee & will be trying to make me pay the bill for that 10 days of service..even though I had constant issues with buffering, lost connections, underperforming of internet to be able to watch tv on tv with Roku built in. Not to mention that there was a tech out to try and fix the issues 3 out of the 10 days I had service.....which they never fixed. I was on the phone with them much the other days. Xfinity has a program called internet Essentials. You can get internet for 9.99..at a lot faster speed than at&t. And you can apply over the phone. Well, guess what, I was told I could get a $25 plan, and I could buy a new phone for around $100. No restrictions were communicated at that time! The first month and since my bill has been just under $50, no where near $25. That's happened three months in a row. I was going to go to Consumer cellular, and I talked to some arrogant as that I was locked into the service for a year and they wouldn't release my account. Yep, first time I had heard that. Three months in a row I have paid $48 for service, and again this month I was told my next bill would be $25. I have a feeling I am still being lied to. I do not appreciate what the cellular companies are doing to customers and getting by with it. My bill next month is finally supposed to be $25 but I bet that's more bullshit! It needs to stop! I want an apology and a full refund and release of my phone number that I have had for most of my life!
