It is a outdoor nursery, and you will find yourself navigating a few different areas of crammed paths. overall, the plants are beautiful and healthy, Rod is so kind and knowledgeable, and the prices are always ideal. I bought 4 plants for $40 when just one of the larger indoor plants would be $40 at Lowe's. Rod- you are officially my plant master and your nursery is the only place I'll be going in the future!

I had to run to pick it all up cause of the wind and the jerk didn't even try to pick up their mess. This company complains about littering and makes up ridiculous rules for the CUSTOMER, but they can do whatever they want. To add to the frustration, their new site is one of the worst I've seen and I'm a IT Technician. The due dates e-mailed are not the same as when they're actually due on their website. If it is the same, it's off. I usually get charged the 12th-15th of every month. They never answer their e-mails or calls either. Don't bother leaving a voicemail. Just wait for someone to answer.

I'm not joking or making this up. It's awful. They are shooting anything that moves over there. Large birds get cats and kittens and bring them there because they allow it. The cats can't jump out of those big dumpsters, and get pecked to death by the little birds. They know all about this and keep allowing it to happen, and they only trim the trees around the supervisors cars. The rest are full of dead animals.

I shouldn't have to lose a grab stick at Ace with a bunch of male employees hanging around the aisles. I come in here often; have had keys made, bought some yard signs and locks that were needed. And, huge huge shout out to one of their employees a few months ago. Wish I had gotten his name! I came in as my keyfob remote had crapped out. There was a young man who went over and above to try to help me figure out the issue! He came outside to my car with me, had some technical electrical thing that he used to try to help determine if my car was "reading" the fob or not. We even checked a new battery just in case. Come to find out, it didn't need a new battery: my keyfob no longer works in my 15 year old car. :( But big thanks to the employee who helped me *finally determine it was not a battery issue. Staff is pretty good which is so nice to experience. Of course, during the covid, they all have masks on. I didn't notice if they offered sanitizer at the front door, but they do have a "one way door IN and another door OUT", which is per usual at most businesses now it seems. I just recently found out that they carry Ginger Chews. Who would have known!? I would recommend this Ace Hardware and I know that Santa Paula could sure use the support, too.

Many walked past me without even asking if I needed assistance as I walked up and down the valve aisle like a dummy. Anyway I couldn't find what I needed and was helped by one of the workers once I walked up to the register. Not sure I'd stop by again. 3.5/ 4 because it's a plumbing store .. not supposed to be the cheeriest of places but I do expect a certain level of customer service.
