He set up an elaborate display with portable lights to demonstrate the effect of new lights. It was spectacular! Though the install took a bit longer than initially expected, the result was fabulous. Thereafter, Dale suggested that one entire area along the street could also use lighting. We had never even thought of that before, and he was 100% correct. Again, he set up a demonstration and it was wonderful. Now when we enter our home at night, it's a showcase! Dale was respectful and warm-hearted. We highly recommend him.

After almost a month of no forward progress Dale came out and walked my property. Again, he promised a written bid and then followed up with NOTHING. Overall, I was promised booking/ bid/information on at least four separate occasions after turning in all of my paperwork promptly with no follow-through. Seven weeks later and ABSOLUTELY nothing has even been received to date. It sure would have been much more professional and easier for everyone if you just said you didn't want the job!
