I really liked the tiles that Tile City and Stone had in their TO location. When I did a search and found there was a location in Camarillo (I live in Camarillo but our contractor told us to go to TO), I was hesitant but went anyway. The ladies at this location were EXTREMELY friendly and SO helpful! I feel terrible that it's taken me 3+ months to write this review and now don't remember all of their names but Lauren and a couple of the other ladies there that helped were amazing. We were able to get the tile we wanted, excellent customer service (people who actually had time for you because they were staffed appropriately), they knew their products and were all around great! My husband and I have very different preferences when it comes to colors, so choosing the right flooring wasn't easy. Ray took the time to listen to both of us and guided us toward a color that worked beautifully with our home. We absolutely love how the flooring turned out! Several of our friends have commented that it makes our home look brighter, more airy, and modern. We installed the waterproof laminate flooring directly over our existing tile, and it worked beautifully. This saved us a significant amount on labor costs. The quality of the McMillian flooring is also excellent. We've accidentally dropped a heavy hammer on it and have moved heavy furniture across it, and there are no dents, scratches, or marks. We are very happy with both the flooring and the service we received. A special thank-you to Ray for making the selection process so much easier and for helping us find the perfect color.
