You get what you pay for. They're average for handymen in the area, but refuse to back up their work. They installed a door with only one screw on the hinge and when it broke off told me to "leave them alone." They also installed some door handles that now do not latch and I was told I would have to pay for them to fix their own poor install. I would avoid unless you want to pay someone else to fix their mess. read more

They came by and quoted me 900 for a job and then told me they'd be able to do that job and then another job for me afterwards. Several days later when I contacted them they said the job would cost $1200 if we didn't hire them to do the second job too. They completely lied to me and told me a different price when we weren't in we weren't in person anymore. I told them to go shove it. You cant quote one price and then raise it when you want more work. The stupidest thing was that they wouldnt give me a price for the second job. I asked how much it would cost and they simply didn't reply and just stuck with their guns of raising their prices. So these guys seem like crooks and idiots. I wouldnt trust these imbeciles with my laundry. Find someone who won't bait and switch you. After i posted my review he sent me this: "My friend get a life,u r a disgusting human being, am glad we didn't work for you, u r apig." So expect vitriol from Raul. He also texted me a series of threats and insults. It's like he totally forgot that he could be held accountable for his actions here on yelp. I contacted Two Son on 8/30 for a simple electrical project--moving some light fixtures and tearing down a built in enclosure. We scheduled a meeting for 9/3. They showed up on time and gave me a reasonable estimate. They came the next day and got the job done. And it was a gooood job. read more

Changed (doubled) the price post visit, removed the part and proceeded to make a trip to pickup parts without checking (left us with no option but to have him finish the job, when we reminded him that he had agreed to a price he said "that's how it works and that's why it's not your business it my business" - work performs had to be adjust again), refused to give a invoice (left a hand written note) and said "I don't do invoices less than $500." Would not recommend at all. Update post the comments in response to my review. 1) The comments about not being paid are completely inaccurate. For anyone who wants to see the payment details will be made available (btw, I requested the tenant to pay you if I can't get to you call). 2) point I'm making is that u knew exactly where you were going and agreed to do the job. Frankly, it's none of my business to know where u are coming from. We agreed on a price and u changed your mind. And that is ok too, cos things can cost more / take more time after you inspect. The problem is you didn't check with me before you proceeded to remove the part and decided to drive away to pick a replacement. Raul is a nice enough guy, but the quality of work not what you want if you are someone that has an eye for detail. I had a punch list of items to complete and he did them but it was ridiculously sloppy. Had some flooring work done and you could see where the line ups were not good against the door frames and other necessary cut outs. There was glue all over the place like on the baseboards and some furniture. When I came back home my floors were a mess from him walking around with his guy. Yes, construction work is messy but professionals will lay down some canvas OR sweep up after themselves. I work with a lot of handymen and contractors and I would say this guy falls within the jack of all trades, master of none, rushed/sloppy work arena. I would NOT use him again. Lastly, just like the other reviewer said. He raised his price at the end of the job. I also had the experience where he couldn't write an invoice. I get it, not everyone is on a computer but you gotta go to Kinkos and print a bunch and hand write them then. If you run a business then act like a real business. He had an opening for next day at 9am to help me resolve my issue. With the recent rainy weather my door started having issues closing and opening on the bottom door draft part. It felt like it required a lot of hand/arm strength. Raul sent over Elias early morning and the fix was done within 40minutes. It's no longer a challenge now as my door now closes an opens with ease.
