Alex saved my patio! The existing concrete was checkerboard red and blue, had countless stains and chips, and overall just looked terrible. I had estimates of 10k to redo the concrete and that is totally not feasible. Alex came to see it in person for a quote (at a fraction of the concrete estimates) and then a couple weeks later (he's a busy guy!) was able to take 2 days to clean, grind, prime, and epoxy my 20x20 patio. I was initially going to do grey, but he suggested throwing in flakes for contrast and to hide some imperfections. I am so glad he did. The flakes make it look even better! Was skeptical as my sister had her contractor use one of the kits . After the job was completed they wash the floor to clear out all the dust after the work was complete. As they wash the floor the shiny chip red floor turn to chalky, patchy dull red floor, pure ugly. A waste of money. Currently they put rug to hide it. Disaster to there man cave. Alex did an excellent from start to finish. The start consisted of a moisture test for the floor. I had an old layer of grey with some colored flakes, alex was able to grind and remove the whole layer down to the concrete. He even discussed some possible problem areas (unevenness Of the concrete & cracks) in the garage but in the end he was able to work past the problems. He covered up the cracks and was able to smooth out the uneven areas. After he later down the coating I noticed some missed spots (which is natural for a solid white coat and I told him about it. He said okay with no issues and did a follow up visit and covered it up and also put down a new layer of clear epoxy.
