Cute little spot! The food is good. The service is good. I like that it's a full restaurant with drink options. I would recommend up-ing the ambiance just a tad to give it more of a restaurant feel and not like a chipotle or similar feel. I like that it's open, but ... maybe it's the lighting... or ... I"m not really sure what it is but it just feels a little too much like a chipotle/starbucks/bright diner-y feel almost. Prices are good! Location is decent also, it's kind of hidden though so you'd need to know it was there. I got the avocado salad with grilled chicken, extra dressing on the side and extra goat cheese and super happy I did! Dinner with three girlfriends last night. We had a reservation made online in which I specified we'd need separate checks. I ordered hot tea when I arrived (I worked outside all day in 21° temps!) and was given a huge pot! Our server was cordial and prompt. She did leave us a bit too long before taking our order, however we were very undecided when she tried to take our order twice before so that's not really on her. Menu choices are great. I had a seared salmon over quinoa. Cooked perfectly. Girlfriends all enjoyed their choices. And dessert was yummy flourless chocolate cake. Highly recommend that! Separate checks were presented without having to ask (as per reservation, which means they read the specific request). Restaurant was very warm and welcoming. Not too loud even when busy. Perhaps lighting could be dimmed but I suppose others would complain if it's too dark. The place emptied out at 8pm. We'd return for sure! read more

We enjoyed our first visit to Two Rivers. The service was friendly and efficient. The food was delicious. I had the fried chicken which was served with mashed potatoes, green beans and a piece of corn bread. I was mildly disappointed in the cornbread. Great place to meet friends for brunch on a Sunday afternoon. Friendly servers. The Poutine is the star. The gravy was incredible. A little kick and totally craveable. I believe this restaurant is fairly new, a friend picked it for lunch and was packed! Sign of good food. I ordered the Pork Carnitas bowl which was a wonderfully tasty healthy meal. Despite being busy, service was outstanding. So today another friend wanted to meet for lunch and right away I thought of Two Rivers. Again, packed but we were seated right away. I so wanted that bowl again but the Seared Aukra Salmon also caught my eye. Went with it and like my bowl, also tasted fresh and healthy. My friends all enjoyed their meals. I have eaten at the restaurant and ordered it on DoorDash and the food is consistently delicious. I have to admit that my guilty pleasure are the chicken fingers on the kids' menu. They are the best chicken fingers I've had in a long time! I also love the fresh green beans and either fries or mashed potatoes that I get with it. I think the potential is there, but they didn't add any flavor or sauces to it. It was quite boring..I would not order again. I will come back here but I will definitely order something else. The waiter was super slow and completely out of it. The water was not refilled once or even checked on. I was trying to order another drink but I had finished my dinner at that point and ready to leave so I didn't order anything else. It was clean. Very boring inside though. Not much decoration at all. I was confused on the vibes they are going for. It is a smaller place for more a restaurant style. I would be interested to know how this restaurant succeeds. The location isn't the most amazing..so you definitely have to know about it to go check it out. You aren't really driving by here much and you do not see it from the road.
