My wife and I have passed this place countless times in the past 19 years that we lived here. Today for the first time we went in & we both had French onion soup that was really great. Im a onion soup snob. The Wings were crispy & Good but average. Then we had burgers that were very good and the fries were crispy yet still had that little bit of mash inside.. my wife said the onion rings were great..all in all I will go back and bring friends ..The place is out dated but who cares about that if the food is good.. Well, after being shut down for 2+ years, we went for an early dinner. It is under new ownership and place looks mostly the same, with some nice sprucing up. The pro's: bartender Maria was personable and on top of the drinks, nice woman. Onion soup and seafood bisque were on point as usual. Wife got burger which was cooked to order and tasty. The cons: I got the pastrami on rye. This used to be a close second to Katz's for half the price. Well, the sandwich is now less than 1/3 of the original size, also the steak fries have gone the way of regular fries. Prices have gone up $4/5 dollars on food entree's . Things change, I get it; I also know inflation has hit too. But I would rather pay a few bucks more for sandwich's the way they used to be, just a bit disappointing. I wish them well, and will give them another shot. I was a foodie looking to satisfy a craving and took a chance by walking into this pub. Very pleasantly suprised. This place reminds me of the pubs you find in Ireland. Its a tasteful touch of a different country. The Food is excellent. The Employees are friendlier then ever. So many people I talk to say they have never been here because the way it looks on the outside. It's true, the Pub does mostly look closed on the outside, but when you pull open the door and step through, you'd swear you Narnia'd your way to Ireland. Came here to grab something quick to eat. I was on my way to smith point archery to get some practice in, but I was starving. So I walked to here and I got really confused with the entrance haha. There's the door then you walk in and it's like a small box. I couldn't figure out which side was the real door... anyway, some man let us in.. the bartender was very friendly, don't remember his name. I ordered a small chicken tenders with fries and he put the order in right away. There weren't many people there when we got there but by the time we left, there were a lot. It seemed like a bunch of frequent customers. I can see why they go back, it seems like a really chill bar! Definitely will be back :) read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat. Its become a tradition in our household to get takeout from them every Friday. Hands down the best burgers around. Chicken wings are amazing too. The staff is always pleasant as well. Dont get to hang out at the bar too often but when we do we always have a great time. Four stars in the field of home town pubs, maybe not in fancy dining. Sometimes simple is good. I used to work at a kosher deli, but this places pastrami Ruben blew it away. The interior is a step into what a real old bar in Europe really looks and feels like. I've been into many old bars in Europe during my sailing career and this place brings back memories. The only thing this place need in Guinness on draught. I was shocked a place like this didn't have it, I was a little disappointed. If you're looking to get away from the Main Street crowds, this is the place. When they get Guinness on draught I'll add the fifth star. read more

Food is pub and solid, very good portions, fair prices and attentive staff. A bit tight at times but that's because of its smaller footprint and popularity. I often get takeout from this place as I work in the area. I would like to try some other items, but I can't deviate from their bacon cheeseburger. It's a classic bar burger cooked to order served with huge crispy pieces of bacon on a toasted kaiser roll. They melt the cheese on the roll instead of the burger. It works. They give you a huge portion of "frings" (their expression for half fries, half onion rings) and it comes with coleslaw and a pickle. One time they must've been out of ketchup packets, because the bartender gave me an entire glass bottle of ketchup in the bag. I thought that was awesome. On occasion, I have stayed there to enjoy my lunch. It's a bit of an old man bar, but the fireplace is pretty nice to sit by in the wintertime. They don't have menus, everything is just sort of written on chalk boards. They have standard appetizer stuff like mozzarella sticks and potato skins. I'd like to try a Reuben perhaps next time....but probably will just get another burger. Cold beers on tap. Overall a good place to get a solid lunch and throw back a few cold ones. read more

It is a rustic European pub atmosphere. I've been coming here for years. This is the only place I go for a cheddar burger and fries. There french onion soup is just as good. It is a family own restaurant that is very welcoming. The servings are plenty and always cook to your liking. It is a definitely worth the drive into Patchogue. read more

We are new to East Patchogue and love Happy Hour. That said we (2 of us) decided to check out Two Morrows because of the positive reviews about the food. We had 3 draft beers a piece, a Burger and Onion soup. Imagine my surprise when the bill was over 50.00 at HAPPY HOUR! I questioned the bartender and low and behold, draft beer is not part of the happy hour. Only bottled. Seriously? We told the bartender we were new to town and you think he would have said that bottled bud light would be cheaper than draft! Or at least tell us the Happy Hour specials. One star seems extravagant considering mine and my girlfriends experience. 11 oclock on a friday night after picking my girlfriend up from work we were looking for a lo key place to have a drink and a burger. This place, although slow (hint,hint. we didn't get it right away) seemed to be an okay choice. it started out right. The waiter seemed attentive (my girlfriend noticed as she's been in the business for quite a few years) and as it turned out...he was the owners dutiful son. We ordered drinks and a burger with onion rings. The tap beer was fine but the burger was undercooked and red. Neither of us are complainers but when He asked if everything was okay we reluctantly told him we couldn't eat the burger because it was red and raw. We said just throw it back on but he insisted on cooking us a new one. The second one came to us almost as rare and when he inquired again, we told him it was almost the same as before..still red and still raw. We said just put it in a box and give us the bill as it was almost closing time(12 on a Friday night!) He insisted on arguing over the semantics of Medium (meanwhile we never asked for Medium) while insisting he didn't want to argue. We asked him to please drop it and just charge us for the burger. We had both already had stressful days and just wanted to relax. He took the burger back into the kitchen and "under his breath" he called my girlfriend a Bitch to the cook. My hearing isn't great but I heard it, my girlfriend heard it and we were both appalled. He was the owners son and managing the "restaurant"!!! i SHOULD HAVE PUNCHED HIM IN THE HEAD BUT MY GIRLFRIEND AND I ARE BOTH CHRISTIAN AND WE DON'T DO THAT. What an absolute horrible customer experience. We hope, out of all the restaurants that are dying for business, in the Medford-Patchouge area, you give this scmuck a PASS.
