We were craving corn dogs and wanted to try out this unique spot. We came on a weeknight, and it was still crowded inside. We ordered what we needed to order, and ate outside at the adjacent parking garage. We got their spicy and potato dogs. They were both delicious. But, I enjoyed the spicy dog because I chose the 100% beef sausage filling. The spicy dog also had a nice crunchy outer coating with a spicy mayo sauce. I did add mustard to bring some tartness to the corn dog. The potato dog outer coating was fragrant and crunchy. But, I chose the half mozzarella and half cheddar filling, which made the corn dog quite dense. The filling didn't hold up to the corn dog as well as the beef sausage. I had to add way more mustard to the potato dog to make it taste less heavy. Next time, I still plan on ordering both the spicy dog and potato dogs, but they'll both have the beef sausage filling. I would not recommend ordering more than two corn dogs. We did come back and ordered one more corn dog each, and regretted it. What a fun spin on corn dogs! We were in the area because I randomly wanted some boba. After looking at Yelp, I came across a boba shop in the same shopping strip as Two Hands. We went there and decided to walk around since we hadn't been to this strip yet. I could not help but stop by when I watched their TV screen from the outside looking in. I saw the corn dogs, with the mozzarella cheese inside and instantly thought of all the mukbangs I've seen on YouTube. I had to satisfy that craving. We stood in line for about 5-7 minutes and waited for about the same amount of time. There were a lot of people on a Saturday evening, but the workers are pretty efficient, so it really didn't seem like too long of a time. Before I begin, I've been to similar restaurants around the bay area in California. When Two Hands popped up on social media, I had to go check it out. First thing you notice when you get there -- the line. For me, the line was not too long when I arrived, but got long for the folks behind me. The other thing I noticed about the line is it did not move quickly - at all. When I finally reached the counter, I was able to see why. First, they only have one register to service all the folks in line. Second, when you do make it to the front, they ask you to read a full sized sheet of paper with their policies before placing an order. The policies basically say to pay attention to what you order, no refunds, changes, etc....and the highest cash denomination they take is $20. They can place this in the form of a sign to read while you wait in the long line. Also, there is no dining in at this time -- takeout only. During the dog construction, they have a single line for prep and cooking, then do touch-ups and packaging behind the cooking station. I get the feeling that there are many ways to make the process more efficient to service more folks and reduce the line. On to the food. Everyone has their own preferences so I'm not going to say that one dog is better than the other. All I will say is I loved what I tried -- and so did my son. We had a few with cheese and a few with the sausage / wiener -- all were very good. One that I saw, but did not try was their frozen horchata -- it looked really good, I just didn't feel like the sugar rush. Next time. I really like this place. This restaurant, like so many in the vicinity, capitalizes on instagram popularity. The purpose is not so much good taste, but good photos. I stopped by because there was a line out the door and this will likely be the case for a while so be sure you have enough time to get in and out - at least 30 minutes. The inside is dimly lit and the couches already feel worn although I'm assuming this location is new. It all has a bit of a worn/sticky feel about it. Parking is of course, as is with all locations in this strip mall, limited in terms of parking in front of the restaurant. There are cars illegally parallel parked at almost all times. A little walk down Bellaire St. will get you to the dedicated free parking garage which is also many times full. Once you get up to the counter they ask you to read their policy which is a mixture of 'comply with our COVID-19 rules' and 'you can ask for less sugar as a topping if you want.' There are several different options which can be broken down into 3 categories: 1) what goes inside the dog: just beef, half beef half cheese, half and half 2 kinds of cheese 2) what goes outside the dog: regular corndog, fried potatoes, injeolmi (a kind of korean rice cake), rice, etc. 3) what the dog is topped with: ranch, hot cheetos flakes, various sauces, sugar, etc. Did it taste good? Well - mostly it tasted like a corn dog. Topped with ... a lot of confusing flavors that didn't really mesh all that well together. I'm impressed by how they were able to get chunks of potato securely fried to the corndog itself. Does it deserve the popularity? It makes for a good photo. The second half of the corn dog was 100% beef sausage - it wasn't anything spectacular and actually tasted bland compared to the rest of the corn dog. Got the 3-variety pack of corn dogs. They were an interesting combo of flavors. Sweet and salty and spicy simultaneously. Definitely feels like a desert treat. If you enjoy crispy exterior and soft cheesy interior treats I would recommend. If you don't like a variety of flavors in one or a variety of textures you will probably not like these. There is no sit-down service but there are random tables on the grass outside. They are not affiliated with the food joint, but are a dining option if you don't mind sitting in the elements right next to the street full of cars. The interior is bright orange. Cashier was nice enough and the food prep was pretty quick. Be prepared to find parking. The parking lot is shared among multiple restaurants and rather small. read more

After seeing this place pop-up on a few different insta accounts, made the trip down to the Bellaire location. The location is in Street Food strip and parking out front can be tight during peak hours, but the strip has a 2 story parking garage with lots of parking. First, there are no tables inside for dining in and there are no outdoor tables either. It's get it go and find somewhere else to eat. I ate mine in my car, which is fine. I selected the original with sausage and the potato with half cheese/half sausage. Of the two, my favorite was the original, both were good, but preferred the original. I ordered the potato corn dog with sauce and Cheetos. I consistency of the breading was nice and the cheese and sausage inside the corn dog were good alone, but the potato on the outside was overcooked and the heavy sauces were nauseatingly overwhelming. I ended up wiping off almost all of the sauce and it still ruined it for me. I wouldn't order it again. read more

Interesting idea to just order on an ipad, get your number and wait. Did not like the prompt to tip but whatever. Waited 10 minutes for a corn dog and dirty fries. They did not have the drink I ordered and had me choose something else. The cheese dog was underwhelming and cold. The fries with the hot Cheeto dust and special sauce was absolutely gross. Was pretty good. The only thing I would complain about would have to be the bredding to sausage ratio. With the amount of bredding there needs to be a bigger sausage to compensate. Will consider going back if this issue is handled!! read more
