Seafood spaghetti with garlic and olive oil
    Selina B.

Yum! We've been searching for more authentic, Italian restaurants in the neighbourhood. For some reason, fewer restaurants are offering pasta on the menu or have limited choices. We took out two seafood pasta dishes - Seafood Spaghetti and Seafood Fettuccine - and were pleasantly surprised. The Seafood Spaghetti was made up of fish, shrimp, mussels, scallops, onions, tomato and spinach, seasoned with garlic and olive oil. The Seafood Fettuccine had the same ingredients, but tossed in a spicy tomato cream sauce. Portions were generous, the shrimps were large, they were both seasoned well and sauce was not heavy. Just the way I like it! A few mussels were on the small size (it would have been nice to have a few more since mussels are relatively inexpensive) but the other seafood made up for it. The large Caesar salad was enough to feed two people. Price was reasonable and service staff were friendly. I would recommend this restaurant and will be back to try other dishes.

We ended up here based on a random yelp search as we were craving Italian food. We got seated in the corner of the restaurant at the very back which made us feel like we were forgotten about! It was fairly spaced out when the server came to check on us but when she did, she was extremely attentive. The pasta was okay, it didn't hit the spot that I was looking for, and my friend felt the same way. It felt like something was missing but we couldn't put our finger on it. My friend also took a dish to go and her husband wasn't overly pleased with the food either.

The name of this place suggests it just offers Italian food, but they have a large menu. Pork spare ribs were pretty good, though slightly dry. The sauce was tasty. Added 1/2 lb of lime tequila wings, which were decent: crispy & the sauce was pretty good with some sting. The fries were good. Deep dish pizza came with 8 slices. I ordered it with spicy sausage & bacon but they gave me pepperoni instead of spicy sausage. It came on a stand with a flame. There was lots of cheese. The crust was decent, but it could have done with more sauce. The tartufo was ok.

Due to the recent changes in dining due to Covid 19 it has been a while since I have tried a new restaurant and written a review. This past weekend I was finally able to try Tow Guys From Italy which has been on my list of places to try for a while now. I was able to order it and have it delivered. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and also the deep dish pizza with pepperoni. Although it took quite a while for it to be prepared and sent to us all the food that was ordered was SUPER hot. It felt like it did not travel at all to our home. The spaghetti was piping hot. Sauce was perfect, spaghetti was aldente as it should be and it came with 3 pretty large meat balls which were packed with flavor. It also came with grated parmesan cheese on top. The deep dish pizza was cooked to perfection. Crispy crust, great amount of toppings and super tasty sauce. The menu is very large so you will not have a problem finding something that you like. Two Guys From Italy is a great local restaurant and I am glad that during these times I am able to support a small local restaurant. I will be ordering from Two Guys From Italy again very soon.

More like 2.5* When a friend told me that Enzo's had deep dish pizzas I had to come in to try it! I have had deep dish pizzas before in Chicago and I told myself that I cannot compare Enzo's with Giordano's. Several friends and I came in at 7:00pm on a Saturday evening and the place was packed....only on the dining side. As soon as you walk in, you are in the bar area. There were maybe 2-3 people there. I barely got any greetings from the staff there. We were seated at the back of the restaurant. It was definitely nice and cozy. The overall interior is a little run-down but it did have a family diner kind of ambiance. We looked at the menu and without any hesitations, we ordered the 8 sliced deep dish pizza with extra toppings: bacon, ham, spicy sausages and pepperoni. It was definitely a meat lover deep dish pizza. The server that night was quite rude I found. To be honest, he seemed like he didn't want to be there. I felt a little intimidated when I wanted to add a poutine order after our initial pizza order. The deep dish pizza was underwhelming. The toppings were acceptable but definitely not cheesy enough. The filling wasn't enough and it made the crust really big. The crust was VERY doughy and DRY and I wish there was some sort of dipping sauce to go with it. However, for ~$15.99, it is cheap for what it is but I don't think I will eat it again. As for the poutine (~$6.50), it was okay. Nothing special. I just wish there was more cheese on it. I am still not sure why people like this place, perhaps it is the food that they order? I might come back to give it another shot, maybe try their pasta or calzones or something. Nonetheless, this place needs to FIX their customer service.

My boyfriend and I didn't know what to eat so we went on Yelp to check find something to eat. I guess he chose Italian and this place had good reviews and deep dish pizza so picked this. Enzo's beside a convenience shop in this large plaza in Streetsville so finding parking is no issue here. The restaurant is fairly big but very outdated in style. We came on a Friday night and it wasn't too busy but it took us a while to get seated. We sorta knew what we wanted to get looking on the menu online before arriving. We ordered: french onion soup, deep dish pizza + 2 toppings (additional $) and a grilled chicken Caesar salad. French onion soup: large portion, flavourful, more on the salty side, cheese was hella thick. Was good after a while, the salt and cheese got overwhelming so I didn't finish this. Chicken caesar salad: huge portion but nothing too special for this. Deep dish pizza: you pick a size and each additional topping costs $1.30 or 1.70 depending on what size you order. I did not like this at all. The cheese was like the cheese in the french onion soup so it was super thick on the pizza. I've had deep dish pizza in Chicago and the stuffing was full of meat and sauce. This did not have any of that. It was like a pie with no stuffing lol. 3* for food. 4* for service.

Went in for supper and ordered Rigatoni and a Mediterranean pasta . Took like 10 mins for them to come and take order and than 40 mins to bring the food . Food tasted good but with one server to 8 tables and slow service rest all good . They renovated so not as gloomy n depressing as before

It was very good. But it's no Chicago's authentic deep dish. Nice quiet place, perfect for date nights.

Deep dish. Not the deepest I've had but definitely the best home made dough and sauce. (Pic from my snap chat)

Food: So far I've only tried the deep dish pizza. I would like to explore the menu...but it's just so darn good. I'm a pizza lover. I'll eat the crappy $5 mediums, and I savour the artisanal authentics like Goodfellas or the creatives like Mickey's. Enzo's deep dish is something I've yearned for. The homemade dough and tomato sauce are too good. If you like bread, you'll love this crust. I don't know if they're just keeping it simple or doing something different, but I don't crave any other pizza now. I've tried it with pepperoni, mushroom and spicy sausage. Ambience: The place is divided in two sections: the dining area and the bar. The dining area is very warm and charming with it's original 1980's style. Being 33 years old, the bar area is closed off by a glass wall for the old smoking days, but thank god they've kept it that way. The bar was a bit day and night from the dining area. It was mostly much older drunk regulars babbling generic Toronto sports chatter. Otherwise I love the look. The dining area is much quieter, with nice music and candlelights. Service: The owners have served me each time and they're friendly down to earth people. You feel like you're at your uncle's local eatery.

I visited Enzo tonight for a birthday dinner. We were the only guests tonight and I was quite displeased that it took about an hour for our food to arrive. The deep dish pizza was less than impressive with the excessively stale dough. However their redeeming point was the vodka cream sauces shrimp angel hair pasta. Although it wasn't perfect the sauce was very soothing, the pasta was cooked just right and the shrimp was just cooked enough with a snap to the bite.

Deep dish pizza with sausage and mushroom. Shrimp and scallop fettucine alfredo.

I don't like the cornbread breading although my mom did. Dip was good through. Also had the focaccia which we were tricked into getting by the waiter. After we put in our orders he asked if we wanted focaccia, implying that it was complimentary. While it was good I felt misled as we wouldn't have ordered it if we knew it wasn't free. There are better things to get. There was a special monkfish wrapped with bacon. Overcooked and small. Vegetables that came with it was nice Mushroom risotto here is much celebrated so we had to try. This tells me the people who eat here don't get out too often. It tastes ok but clearly tasted like truffle flavour was all from a bottle they poured onto it in the end. The truffle taste felt like it was on top of the dish instead of incorporated into the dish. Overall meh. It these guys have the audacity to charge downtown toronto prices. It's not that good. Service was mediocre. Got an Italian man who looked like he was there for awhile. Said the right things but was absent most of the time. Gave me a chipped plate and instead of replacing it he said he noticed the chip too. Well that makes you look worse dude. Had leftovers and they boxed it for us. Later found out they put our fried appetizer with the wet seafood. That kills the crisp and is pretty stupid to be honest.

Risotto special featuring shrimp and mushrooms had a nice flavour but the risotto was undercooked and too hard. Malfadie Alla norcina was excellent and heavy. Creamy truffle taste coupled with sausage was the best dish of the day. Spicy pepperoni pizza was the best of the two pizzas. Clearly fresh and good flavour. Pizza dough was nice and thin. Pizza Bianca was a miss for us. The soft texture of the potato on top of the pizza was very strange to us and made the entire pizza feel weird. Overall, a repeatable solid Mississauga Italian place.
