I so wish Two Fields was closer! A Gluten free bakery safe from cross contamination and celiac friendly! Every time my daughter feels like having fresh bread, delicious pastries, and last but not least freshly filled cannolis we take the ride to Two Fields! The parfaits are generously filled (carrot cake, tiramisu, cannoli). According to my daughter (I've had a taste too) they taste just like the real thing! As you enter Two Fields, the employees are friendly, helpful, and we never feel rushed. The place looks clean and well organized with refrigerators for a quick pickup. I was just walking to the train not expecting to see anything special on the day I saw Two Fields Bakeshop. I stopped when I saw the sign and went inside; to my delight the shop was full of gluten-free, nut-free items of all kinds. I have a family member who has barely been able to enter a bakery all his life due to there being nothing available he could have, but I was able to get cannoli here to share with him. Two Fields has the best gluten free and dairy free desserts in the area - hands down. From cookies to cupcakes to pie crust to pizza dough, you can get it all here. I ordered two cakes for my birthday and they were free from dairy and gluten but my non-allergen friends and family could not tell!!! I would say that their focus is on the quality and ingredients and not the execution of design; although the cakes were cute, they did not have all of the aspects and colors I listed on my order form. After years trying to find a bakery that catered to my son's food allergies, I found Two Fields and I'm glad I did. He was finally able to enjoy a cake from a bakery that was safe to eat. What I love most about Two Fields is that they are completely gluten free, soy free and nut free so there is no risk of cross contamination because they make everything themselves. They have some dairy free options as well. We tried their vanilla birthday cake, vanilla cupcakes and coffee crumb cake. All three items were delicious, especially the crumb cake. Just found this incredible bakery and I'm so glad ! For the first time in years I am able to eat Irish soda bread and it's the best Irish soda bread I've ever had gluten free or not . We were going to be in the area to meet up with family, and I came upon this bakery on Find me Gluten Free. They had changed their name, but still committed to gluten-free and other allergy-friendly pastries! There are some parking spots behind the building, though it may be a shared parking lot with another business there. As we walked around to the front, we saw that the retail side is currently closed for COVID, and they have a table set up with a bell to ring for service. We ordered cookies (some for ourselves, some for family), brownies, and raspberry bars. We had asked for lemon bars too, but they weren't available. Everything tasted pretty good, especially the chocolate chip cookies, and the fact that it's gluten-free doesn't take away from the taste! My sister is gluten free and over the years I have tried many, many GF baked goods from various places in jersey as well as NYC, and the cakes I got from here were truly the best. Many of the people who tried it could not tell that it was even GF. It was moist and delicious and truly one of the best GF items I have had in general. The owner was able to accommodate a special order that I needed within two days, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! When they were gluten free gloriously they were great. For my birthday last week my husband ordered a gf carrot cake, which we've had before when it was the old name, and it was all icing and so sweet we had to throw it out and could not eat it. I had two friends with me who happen to be bakers and I thought it was too much icing, but they felt that something had gone wrong and they didn't make enough layers because there was hardly any cake. We sent a picture in and gave them a week to make good on this mistake. They said they would talk to the owner, then they came back saying they are trained in european pastry and that's how they make it and they are sorry we didn't like it. I even tried to call to give them another chance to fix it. I honestly thought it was an innocent mistake, they were going to fix it and I was going to write a great review about customer service as well as great gf pastry; instead I'm writing about horrible over sweetened all icing cake that cost $65 and horrible customer service that does not care to correct it nor accept any responsibility. So sorry to see the old one go, but I would not recommend this new one at all! Edit: I received a call back fonally and after some arguing I'm going to get some cupcakes today. Everything we tried was delicious and no one could tell the items were gluten-free. We had the pizza, cannoli cupcake, crumb cake, tiramisu cake, and apple pie. All were awesome!!! For Thanksgiving, 2023 I purchased a gluten-free apple pie and some gluten-free cupcakes for the children in our family. We absolutely loved both desserts. This place is great! They are so accommodating, even during this COVID-19 crisis. We get deliveries from them--it's easy to order online. I used to make my own gluten free pizza crust but after trying theirs, I no longer have to. It's the best gf pizza we've ever had! We visited last Friday and bought literally everything I could from that store. Since we live an hour away, we had to make it count! Our haul included: 2 trays of cookies (gingerbread, wedding, sugar, jam center, chocolate dipped, etc.), gluten free and dairy free holiday cake, German chocolate cake, cheesecake, coffee crumb cake, flat bead and muffins. I loved loved the muffins! They're great with sausage, egg and cheese! I also loved the coffee crumb cake. Didn't taste GF at all. The wedding cookies were delectable and again not Tasting like it's GF which brings back memories of eating those when I was a kid. I loved the taste of all the cookies actually. Not too sweet which is awesome. Maybe the gingerbread was a little too sweet for my taste. But my husband thought it tasted like it should. The German chocolate was also on the sweet side for me. I could only take one or two bites which is good so I can pace myself and don't run out fast. I didn't like the flatbread as much. Tasted a little too eggy for me. However, it's still a good sub for real bread when you need to get away from the lettuce wraps and such and maybe even add cheese steak to it. It didn't bother me but it's not my favorite. I also really liked the cheesecake. I do a version of that with almond flour crust but this tasted way richer so it was great to try. After reading through many of reviews, I decided to visit the place today. It felt like I visited their factory to see how they make pastries, but still it was good to know and see the facility especially because I am a strict vegan. They now try to separate vegan stuff with just gluten-/dairy-free ones, having a separate refrigerator solely for vegan pastries, so I like that idea. They have quite a lot of gluten- and dairy-free items, and I hope someday they would add more of them on the vegan pastries! I got Raspberry bars, Pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, and Chocolate Vanilla cupcakes that exceeded $20. I understand why people say it would be better to have prices marked, but overall I think their products are fairly priced. For example, 4 Vegan cupcakes for $11 is not bad at all, right? I would say you get what you pay for and their ingredients are something healthier and specially picked for people like me. I have been living and eating gluten-intolerant lifestyle for 8+ years, but more recently diagnosed with true celiac and my sister is gluten-intolerant. With that same thought, baking GF around the holidays isn't exactly 'easy' so we took on to the internet and we stubbled upon GF Gloriously right before Thanksgiving. JUST THE BEST!!! We ordered 2 6" cakes (traditional carrot and cannoli) you would never have guessed they were GF. We already have our ordered placed for New Years Eve. This is so much more than just a bakery as well, the breads OH the breads!! So delicious. Beyond recommending ordering the entire menu... I have visited Gluten Free Gloriously numerous times and always like to try something new. On Saturdays they recently started baking delicious donuts. A little smaller than most donuts but light, moist and full of flavor. You wouldn't know they are gluten free. They have 2 freezers full of a combination of gluten free, dairy free & vegan products. I am so thankful for this bakery. I recently found out that I have to live my life in the gluten-free-lane. I was devastated when I finally figured out that gluten was practically ruining my life. We recently decided to eliminate gluten from our diet for health reasons. As a chef, I researched gluten-free baking and spent a fortune on supplies.... and made spectacular paper weights and door stops. In search for another recipe, Gluten Free Gloriously came up in my internet search - and was up the street from my house. It may have been the best search result of all time. My first purchase was dinner rolls. Though skeptical of frozen products I went with it... and they were amazing. A nice crisp crust and the insides didn't taste like an aerated egg. They were, well, Glorious. We ate the entire package. I went back today and purchased their gf english muffins, Italian Baguette and more dinner rolls. I've just toasted the english muffin and devoured it with butter. It's taking all of my restraint to not eat the rest of the package. If their cakes and sweets are half as good as the breads, I'm going to be using the word 'gloriously' quite a bit. Also, the staff is genuine, honest, friendly and seem to love what they do.
