I got my Name in donuts! You gotta know that I love donuts. Homer Simpson has nothing on me! So I decided to pick up a little treat to lift the spirits in my household. The idea to pick up a little treat obviously exploded into a ginormous smorgasbord of art in the form of donuts. If it wasn't for the COVID-19 - I would be inviting my foodie friends to come by to pick up a donut. Every flavor and bite was truly a delight ! Thank you twinkle_donuts_toast ! This amazing donut shop is dangerously close to my house..... and their donuts are DIVINE! For starters the owners are just the nicest folks you'll ever meet. The donuts range from your melt in your mouth glazed to creative concoctions like earl grey tea so their is NO shortage of options... unless you go late because they sell out quick! Speaking of late because I'm not your early riser I've gone well towards noon and still lucked out with amazing fresh donuts Now earlier is when you get those lemon curd or strawberry creme ones... the Ohhhh my goodness so good donuts! The details are amazing.... little candy Pearl's or fresh fruit on top.... you must go try them!! Pretty sure I've tried most including the sausage rolls but the lemon curd is my favorite! Some have a crisp sugar coating that again just melts in your mouth. This is my go to morning or ok...late morning sweet spot!! read more

So glad I finally tried this place, and I'll definitely be back. My girls love anything with sprinkles, so got them strawberry with sprinkles and kolaches. I tried the Creme brûlée with Nutella mousse. Oh my goodness to die for! So light and airy and the mousse melts in your mouth. I also got a Cronut which was delectable. Can't wait to go back and try more. Too bad they are closed on Monday's! They also have gluten free donuts. Can't wait to go back! read more

Been here twice now it it's been a great experience. First time just got the donuts and left. Second time we stayed and enjoyed with friends. Steady flow of traffic, wonderful cheerful staff, excellent donuts. Their blueberry cake might be my top choice of all the places we've explored. Definitely coming back read more

This place is so good!! Some of their donuts are so unique and the owners are so nice! They even gave me some extra donut holes with my order! The best thing about this place? - their toast!!! It's seriously hugeeeee, split with another person because it's too big for one person. Great prices! The fun part, they are a Korean rice bar after 3pm :) read more

My go-to donut shop! I pass at least three other donut places to get here and it's totally worth it. Not sure how they select the menu but I've noticed the selection changes each time I'm there; of course, they always carry the same staples. LOVE their cronuts. I try to get the mini's covered in some sort of fruit to minimize my guilt. LOL. Their donuts taste fantastic but they're also beautifully made which makes them perfect for serving to guests. Since my parents don't have a decent donut shop/bakery in their town, I always make sure to pick up a box of Twinkle Donuts when I visit. I should be their favorite kid by now. Besides all the sugary goodness, the staff has always been kind, there's a drive-thru option, plenty of parking and the place feels clean. read more

First time here today. Came to pick up a dozen assorted donuts for my team. Every single engineer and admin came back and asked where I got them from. They were still warm, not greasy, not so sweet, super fluffy and airy. I will be back! I definitely recommend checking this little shop out. They were very friendly and have a good variety of not just donuts but coffee and breakfast sandwiches out ready to grab and go! read more

I went in to get a few specialty donuts and to my surprise, the cost was only $6. He even snuck in a half dozen donut holes into the box for free I've only eaten one so far, but it is delicious. Can't believe I didn't know about this place until now! My 2.5 year old son is making all of these love noises eating the donut holes LOL. That alone was worth the trip. read more

Ok, I'm in no way exaggerating when I say that these are the absolute best donuts I have ever had. The Banana pudding one is to die for and the creme brûlée is it's equal. The staff are so friendly and they waited patiently while we made our choices from the multitude of options. We got our items to go but had to sit down in the pleasant dining area because we just couldn't wait to eat them!! It's rare to see a 5 star rating but I assure you they have earned it! read more

I was pleasantly surprised by this place!!! The interior is so cute! The donuts are decently priced for what they are/what you get. The dough for all of their raised donuts is amazing...so moist, light, and fluffy. You have to try the cronut and apple fritter from here. I was a little skeptical about getting the apple fritter because it looked so dense and hard but it was actually quite the opposite. I would definitely have to give this place my money again in the near future. read more

Who knew I was missing out on experiencing top tier donuts until I visited twinkle donuts . The rope cinnamon twist donuts are fantastic and if you go early enough they will be nice and warm with a slight crisp (yassss) ..the strawberry shortcake donut (yes !) the pink frosted donut with sprinkle has such a unique flavor but good not your every day frosted donut . Say yes to the maple bacon donut ..it's like pancakes and bacon wrapped in one . I love this place they are always nice and throw in extra donut holes at the end . There's a reason this donut spot landed on Yelp's list of the best restaurants in Texas https://www.yelp.com/article/yelps-top-100-texas-restaurants-2022. I ordered a half dozen gluten-free donuts, split between chocolate and regular glazed. These were the best donuts I've ever eaten. Period. Even across all of the non-GF, regular donuts I've eaten. I don't know how they make these GF donuts simultaneously light, moist, with just the right amount of density. I couldn't stop eating them. Only note of feedback, I would love if the batter was salted a bit more. I ended up sprinkling some salt on my donuts, but I also love salt. I'm still thinking about these donuts weeks later, and plotting my next trip to Twinkle Donuts. read more

I crave these donuts at least once a week. They make the cutest donuts here!! We've ordered from them so many times and their staff is super friendly. My favorite is the Creme Brûlée and my bf's is the Apple fritter. I follow their Instagram @twinkle_donuts_toast to know when they come out with new donuts! Ordered a baker's dozen. Sweet Jesus.... We had family who never really eat donuts taking bites (some sneaking back for seconds and thirds) and raving. Fun flavors, some better than others (croissant donut was meh). Overall, if you ask me whether you should try this place... hell yea! read more

Anyone giving this less than 5 stars shouldn't come back because either your idea of service is flawed or your taste buds are broken. This place is amazing. Every damn donut is made with care and love that you can taste. The coffee is amazing. The service is welcoming and friendly. Recently moved to the colony area and saw this donut shop and decided one day I will make the time to stop by. And then to top of the extremely slow service and mediocre overpriced food, the night ended at 7:10 when the evening hostess came over and loudly announced we were only able to be seated because we promised to leave by 7. One of the most unprofessional and inaccurate interactions I've had. Don't bother. Don't go. Unless of course you enjoy disappointment at a deep cost.

It's big inside and has touches that remind me the Italian restaurants in Chicago, including stairs that go down to the basement. On my Sunday evening visit for dinner, the restaurant was packed with patrons, many of them families visiting Grandscape. It was also very loud. On our table were our plates & place settings, glasses, and pizza stand. These items are communal and self-serve. Beware if you're a germaphobe. 1/2 Star. Service - Our server was excellent. Our party of 4 had two guests arriving later, but he made sure we had bread on our table and brought out water. Once everyone arrived, we put in our order, and the dishes began to arrive as they were made. And as dirty plates piled up, other staff members jumped in to help out. Thanks, team! 1 Star. Food - Unfortunately, Quartino Ristorante didn't hit the spot for me. Starting with the table bread, the Italian bread was very tough. It was like eating bread that had been sitting out. I was hoping for hot, freshly sliced bread. Good thing there was plenty of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar on the table, because I needed it to chew the bread. I found out the pizza oven was gas, not wood fired, so I opted for a trio of small plates: bruschetta, caprese salad, and eggplant parmesan. If you like tart tomatoes, you'll like Quartino Ristorante. I like my tomatoes milder (San Marza). While the bruschetta tomatoes were great, the bread they sat on had the same trait as the table bread. Finally, my eggplant was more mozzarella and tomato sauce then eggplant. 1/2 Star. Will I Return? - No. Quartino Ristorante is not my kind of Italian restaurant. It's large, loud, and families that visit Grandscape will be perfectly comfortable here. As for me, I'll stay local to Dallas for my Italian eats. No Stars.
