Puttery is a fun spot for date night. The courses are entertaining and unique, with thoughtful themed touches throughout. The only downside was the wait time--lines were a bit long when waiting on other groups, and it took about 45 minutes to get through ten holes. They also offer themed course drinks and automated scorekeeping, which is a nice touch. We didn't try any food or drinks, so I can't comment much on that.

It was fun. Went in a Saturday around 4:30pm spent a couple hours there, it did get a little crowded as expected so ofc if you don't like crowds don't go in the weekends, but I was celebrating something. Drinks were good $12-$16 range. The way the courses are set up are a fun and super cute! There two floors, serves ask for drink orders as you play. Def a fun date night. I'd go back, but on a Monday lol

This is the second puttery place I have been in and it's better than the Houston one , it had a lot of people but we had a good times , the drinks and the food was delicious and service was great with the servers to the bar tenders , to the people manning the different areas to play , I love each theme its definitely good for a date night I would definitely go back .

The food was incredible, order the Korean Power bowl, absolutely delicious. The servers throughout the course were also super fast and friendly continuously making sure you don't need anything. And the ambiance and crowd was laid back, funny and you make friends along the way. Can't believe there is a date night for under $65 with dinner included! We will be back for sure! Double Date Night success!

Such a good date night idea! I came at 11PM on a Friday night, and it wasn't too crowded. 3/4 of the 9-hole golf courses were open, and we finished all 3 within 2hrs. My favorite was the Library theme, but they were all so well designed and decorated. The technology of the electronic screens at each hole to keep track of scoreboard and to guide you to the next hole was so cool. Only downside is that you can't skip around, so if you're behind behind a slow group then you're stuck. Also loved the themed cocktails (~$15) and TVs playing the NBA games for if you wanted to take a break.

We stopped by Pottery's venue to check out the Christmas décor and really enjoyed the experience. We only had one Christmas-themed cocktail inside a cute dinosaur cup, but it was festive and hit the spot. The space was very clean, and the service was great and attentive without being overbearing. We didn't play this time, but the golf courses looked fun and well put together. Would definitely come back to try the golf and spend more time here.

Me and my girlies checked this spot out after seeing it on TikTok. It was my first time trying putt-putt, so I was down to see what the hype was about. The hostess we encountered was funny and made a good first impression. They had four themed courses, but we didn't realize one closed earlier, so we only got to play three. We started with the library theme, which was pretty fun. The only downside is that it can get time-consuming since you have to wait for other groups to finish their turns. By the time we finished the last course, I was honestly a little over it. The bathroom situation wasn't great...it didn't seem like it had been maintained during the couple of hours we were there. Overall, though, for $25 unlimited play, it's not a bad deal. Definitely a fun spot to try at least once, especially if you're going with a group.

We had such a fun and memorable date night at Puttery in The Colony. From the moment we walked in there was a lively buzz of music laughter and couples enjoying the night out. The whole vibe felt unique and fun unlike your usual dinner and movie evening. First up was the mini golf. There are four themed nine hole courses to choose from including fun options like Illusion Lodge Library and Rooftop with really cool immersive designs. Every hole feels different and creative and keeps you engaged through the whole course. Pricing is around eighteen dollars per person for a nine hole round so expect to spend a bit more than a typical putt putt outing but the creative themes and electronic scoring make it feel worth it for a special night out. Service was friendly and the atmosphere made it easy to linger and laugh together long after we finished our last hole. Pricing feels elevated compared with standard mini golf but for a date night activity that also delivers tasty food and decent drinks it hit the spot. If you are planning a night out where you want gameplay good conversation and really good people watching this place checks all of the boxes. Overall we left full of laughs and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommend it if you are looking for something different and lively for your next night out.

What I got: Adult Mini Golf Play Pass ($25/person) Wing Flight (~$22): 12 Bone-In Wings dressed in our 3 Signature Sauces (Buffalo Sauce, Lemon Pepper Dry Rub, Korean BBQ Sauce), served with Carrot Sticks and Ranch Truffle Black Pepper Steak Sandwich (~$18): Sliced Steak, Ciabatta, Gruyere, Black Pepper Truffle Aioli, Caramelized Onion, Arugula, served with House Cut Fries Queen's Swizzle (~$15): Cruzan Light Aged Rum, Mint, Cane Sugar, Lime, Bitters Aya's take: We had a small team event at Puttery which is actually a great spot for team-building and a casual activity. It doesn't require much skill and you'll have a good time regardless of if you've played before or not. This was my first time playing mini golf and I really enjoyed it. There are 4 courses to choose from; we chose Library. It's a 9-hole course with varying levels of difficulty. As for the food, it's pretty mediocre if I'm being honest. It's basic American food; nothing stood out but it did keep me full throughout mini golf and the rest of the evening. I would skip eating here but if you do, grab some finger foods or light snacks to share. Cool spot nonetheless!

Prices vary by time and day, adult price ranges from $15-$25 (kids $5-$10) and you get unlimited mini-golf. There are 4 mini-golf courses but only 3 were opened when we came on a Friday afternoon. The courses got backed up at certain points and people were waiting in line to wait their turn. They don't automatically keep score like Puttshack, but your electronic scoreboard will follow you from hole to hole so you don't have to carry around a piece of paper and pencil. The décor and scenery at the Puttery is very inviting and cute. The Library course had the library theme throughout each hole and they were fun to see. All ages welcome Sunday-Friday until 4PM, otherwise you have to be 18+ .|\---/| | @_@ | ..\_^_/..2025

This is a mini golfing place with a small bar and restaurant. My review is for both. The mini golfing area is nicely done with 4 different rooms and themes. They use a tablet touchscreen to keep score. It's about 15$ for an unlimited time. Or at least that's what it seemed to me. We were there for 3 hours. I think this a great place for some fun with friends or family. As for the food side, I think it has some decent items. I got the artichoke dip with chips. The dip was cheesy and tasty. I also got the bbq pizza which to my surprise was very good. I enjoyed it. I was a bit disappointed in my creme brulee, whilst the presentation was nice it had too much cinnamon for me. All and all this place was pretty cool and very chill.

Honestly, we totally love this place. It was $15 a person for unlimited putt putt rounds on their three course venue very artistic and an fun their cocktail menu seemed great and extensive we didn't get a chance to try the food but it did all seem pretty yummy. Give it a go whether it's a date night or you bring your kids or just a big group outing totally was a lot of fun and they have servers on the course in case you wanna open a tab with them.

Very fun environment to bring your family and friends. Only downside is having to wait for bigger parties.

Ask the Community - Puttery

Does the Puttery have a shuffleboard table?

Yes, multiple

What food options can be made vegan friendly?

What is included with the price for one round of mini golf?

Just the 1 round of mini golf

Do you have to make a reservation for the miniature golf or do they accept walk-ins?

You can try to walk-in however, they get busy on the weekends so if you want to make sure you're able to get in you should make a reservation.

If you're just eating, do you need a reservation or pay the $18 pp?

No it's also a restaurant

So if I'm coming here with a group is the eating/drinking separate from the golf or do you eat and drink while you golf. I'm guessing it's done separately because I'm confused as how you would cart around your food?

Can't eat on the course only drink

I lucked out and found this place; came there on a Monday night and it wasn't busy at all. Their smoking area was small, but laid out extremely well with leather chairs and a large TV screen. The humidor was also rather small, and several of the cigars were pricier than I've seen. Where this place takes the cake is the ambiance, service and whiskey selection. My hostess, Mary, was extremely attentive and provided good recommendations on the food and beverages. And regarding the whiskey - their selection was massive. Mary recommended a Texas bourban (Unbendt BiB) that was delicious. It was so good that I brought a bottle back to Chicago. Highly recommend this place for a cigar smoker looking for a good meal + cigar in a quiet/intimate environment.
