Service was prompt but so many of the employees were not wearing masks....Don't they care about their customers?

We test drove the car and as Spyro indicated, we parked it in the area that indicates that we like the car.

Here is the timeline of my experience with a truck purchased from them:…read more Sold me a truck that had an aftermarket catalytic converter without telling me...two of the OEM cats were removed and replaced with a single aftermarket CAT. This caused a check engine light to go on, and it would not pass inspection. When confronted, they refused to fix it. Very dishonest to not warn me about an aftermarket part under the vehicle Also, a few months later, I found out one of the headlights was being held on by the grille, which was being held on by zip ties. Not ideal. Less than a year after purchasing, rust caused a leaf spring to bust (I think they painted over the rust to sell the truck) 1 year after purchasing, I had my breaks went out while driving 55mph on the highway, luckily I wasn't injured. The entire master cylinder was busted and I needed a new power steering system as well as new brakes.

The most recent problem because of them is a $1,500 repair because they didn't use the right oil or oil filter. They also pulled the left running board off my truck and used it on another vehicle. The price I paid would have been reasonable if the truck was in ready to go condition... it wasn't and I didn't know the extent of it until i had it inspected in MD. I know it looks like I shoudl have noticed all of the issues, but I did a thorough check when I test drove and it was fine, but then when I got home I noticed it was leaking coolant. The fact of the matter is, they are crooks and deserve to be put out of business

That's just smart economics) and we were out within an hour. Many vehicles to choose from. Definitely take a look.

I would highly recommend NOT buying a car from Rocky Ridge Auto. This was my first and last time…read morebuying a car from them. I went there on Dec. 2025 with my son to buy his first car. A 2023 Mitsubishi Mirage G4 SE. He paid for the car and what was to be 2 working key fobs. The one key fob works, however the other one doesn't. Our salesman Chase along with 2 others, were trying to get the key fob to work. They changed the battery which didn't help. I can't recall who said it, but one of them said, it probably just needs to be programmed and if you take it to the Mitsubishi dealer, they should be able to do that for you. We went to the Mitsubishi dealer on 12/31/25. After about 30 min of the technician trying to get it programmed in which he couldn't, he found the key fob is a knock off/3rd party and doesn't go with that car. The Mitsubishi technician said it'll be $463.71 for them to replace it. He said he would suggest going back to the dealer where we bought the car and letting them know that this key fob is a knock off/3rd party and doesn't go with the car and how much it would be to replace it. I text Chase letting him know what the dealer said. I was going back and forth with Chase from Jan. 3 until April 9 in which there was about 2 months that I haven't heard from him and had to reach out. He continually told me it's not their policy to replace parts. I told him. "If I sell you a $1000 watch and you take it to a jeweler who says this is a $100 knockoff watch from Walmart, you're going to want that $1000 watch. I can't say, we'll that's what they shipped me. I just sell what I get." He said their locksmith can replace it. I called their locksmith who said he can replace it for $280 and have it done by 4/10 or 4/13 the latest and Rocky Ridge told him I'll be paying for it. Needless to say I haven't heard back from him either. April 9, 2026 - I called and spoke with Travis. I told him the situation. I told him what the Mitsubishi dealer is charging as well as their locksmith. I then said, I don't understand, how a buyer can purchase a car from you with a faulty key fob and you guys pretty much just wash your hands once the car is off the lot. I gave him the exact same example as I told Chase. "If I sell you a $1000 watch and you take it to a jeweler who says this is a $100 knockoff watch from Walmart, you're going to want that $1000 watch. I can't say, we'll that's what they shipped me. I just sell what I get." He said well it's not just that cut and dry. He said he'll talk to the owner and get back to me. He said Chase has your number is that correct. I said yes and I can give it to you as well which I did. As of today 4/22/26 I still have not heard back from anyone. Travis, Chase, their locksmith, etc. I'm not sure how it's just not that cut and dry as Travis has stated. Anyone that purchases anything is going to want what they purchase. Not pay over $13,000 for a car only to be told I'll have to pay a few hundred more to get a key fob replaced because they failed to test it when they received the car. They obviously knew the key fob didn't work because they tried it while we were there and just assumed it needed to be programmed which it didn't. I would highly recommend to NEVER go here to buy a car. From the outside it looks like a legit dealership, but the way they work seems shady. It seems that they don't bother testing or looking vehicles over. They get them in and put them right on the lot. Whatever works, works and whatever doesn't, doesn't. If the buyer finds out later on something is defective or doesn't work, they just wash their hands and move on. Their communication is next to none. You will never hear back from anyone unless you keep up on them. It was months that went by and I hadn't heard anything. I continually had to reach out. Bottom line is their all about money and could care less about their customers or customer service. My son is just going to suck it up and get one for $463 from the dealer.
