Not pushy but informative! Less than 24 hours after I drove it off the lot one of my tires blew and in a panic I called them. Despite not having to, Miguel and a mechanic came to my aid (I was 6 minutes down the road) and changed my tire for me and were able to get me a great deal on a new replacement tire. Stay away from their service department. I brought my escape in for an oil change and they said they would do an inspection. I decided to do both. They said the wing bolts need to be replaced to pass inspection. I did that, cost a few hundred. Next they listed recommended fixed totally around $5000. They said the oil pan was leaking, recommended new tires, new brakes etc. I ended up going to another dealership and they inspected everything and they laughed and said it was fine. Highly do not recommend buying a car from twin pine ford. The sales process was great but the service department does not stand behind their word. Bought a car for over 18k and two months, two thousand miles later I have a bill from my repair shop for over a thousand dollars. I was in contact with them after I bought it explaining how I was unhappy with all the repairs they did not complete before selling it and they refused to honor their warranty I paid for. After fighting and hollering with them I had to take care of it myself and I'm out even more money. Save the time and the drive, as well as the money and don't buy anything from here. read more

So a decade ago I bought an Audi TT from Twin Pine and they agreed to fix things wrong with the car as part of the deal. After taking the car back on the arranged upon date they told me it would cost me $1200+ and that if I have the deal the salesman gave me in writing they'd pay for it otherwise it's on me. Well I was an 18 year old kid, so no I didn't have it in writing. Here 12 years later the Volkswagen Jetta TDI I want is sitting on the new Twin Pine Ford's lot. Reluctant to go there I tell myself you know what it was over a decade ago and it was one bad instance, grow up. Well I am here to tell you that it was not a fluke. This time I got screwed even worse. I show up to check out a car I called about and upon getting there no one can find it. They tell me they think it's stolen after looking for it for over 30 minutes. Ok awesome they have the same thing in blue, I don't want blue but hey at this point how important is color. I test drive it for 5 minutes, my passenger is begging for heat as it's cold, but we don't drive it long enough for it to be warm. I get back to the dealership to discover their "no hassle" price really means that's what it is or you can walk as the salesman tells me in kinder words. Still, I am like well I want it. They kept me there for hours, sitting, going insane, for them to say I'm sorry the banks closed you can come back tomorrow or take this much higher rate loan from another bank. Well you don't have to be a genius to figure out what I did. So I come back the next day and sit there for 4 hours, to literally sign the docs and leave. They call me in and present me with the wrong paperwork!!!! We talked it out, I waited another hour for them to fix it. I left with the car. Borderline wondering if maybe I forced something that wasn't supposed to be. Well within a few days the check engine light was on. Get the code checked, yup it's an EGR Cooler malfunction, also notice I have absolutely no heat. A garage determines its a bad heater core and that it's obviously had the problem before I bought it. I immediately call Twin Pine. Guess what I'm told? You bought the car as-is. Sorry we can't do anything. I will ask the manager but unfortunately you didn't purchase any of our extended warranties. Seriously?????? If you value your time, money and new vehicle, DO NOT GO TO TWIN PINE. You're a salesman or saleswoman's commission check, you're just some other schmuck, the next victim. I also want to note their awesome "no walls" sales desk idea let me listen to their salesmen tell some young woman that her car was in some type of accident according to car fax so that's why they were offering her 1/3 less of what it was worth, even though the title was clear. Yet I bring it up to my salesman that the vehicle I was buying was in a car accident according to car fax and he tells me that doesn't change the price. TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. ***UPDATE*** I bought this car the end of November. It's been at Volkswagen dealerships since the second week of December. They still can not fix the car and we are half way through February. I was told the issues did not just happen over night and the dealership who sold me the car had to be aware. Luckily the factory warranties still apply and Volkswagen has spent over $6000 trying to fix it. Twin Pine never reached out to me to follow up. No one ever checked to see if they could do anything and they certainly never tried to make it right. They offered to perform a repair at "their cost" which was $150 more than the normal price at another shop when in fact everything was still covered by the factory warranties. When for an alignment after 3 hours was told it's good. I drove 200 feet it was not. After another 90 minutes,I was told it needs control arms. Went to another shop was done in 30 minutes,with NO control arms. Guy said they didn't touch the alignment!!! They did refund my money BUT time wasted and aggravation late for work were not!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced at any dealership of any brand of car. Unorganized, untruthful, clueless. Used this dealership when it was a previous owner for warranty work, they were so bad I started going to Keller bros. In Lebanon. Twin pine bought it, figured I'd try it again. MISTAKE. Think they kept the same incompetent personnel. Funny how when you first go there they send you endless surveys to evaluate them, but once they realize they are screwing up, they don't send you surveys anymore! Drive to Keller bros. In Lebanon, worth the extra few minutes drive. And they advertise their tire prices can't be beat... hogwash, L&S tire gave me 3 prices on different tires, all 3 prices were lower than the lowest brand/ price offered by this place. Told them that, they just stared and didn't say anything, just weird. They also quoted me $780 for repairs that I had done at a local shop in Reinholds for $286 LESS! In short: There was at least a liter of water in the weather floor mat of the water, as well as underneath it soaking into the carpet. Adam accused my adult brother of spilling his water. Which was funny, because my brother's water was sitting on Adam's desk. Not to mention we had been at the car for maybe 30 seconds. This is aside from the fact I was taken back that his first response was to blame us. During the test drive, I noticed that the car had an unsafe braking distance. I asked Adam to check in with the garage. He didn't, and said he could later and get back to me. I had driven from Phialdelphia to Ephrata first thing in the morning, and wanted to return after work to purchase the car. I didn't get a text, or a call. It is my belief that despite having financing in place, Adam did not take me or my business seriously. He essentially treated us like children, and made absolutely zero effort to address my issues or show in anyway that the company wanted me to be there. read more

If you are looking for lies and a waste of time..... THIS IS YOUR PLACE! I was in such disgust after leaving this place I did not speak for about 45 minutes because I could not believe what just happened. I have been looking for a very specific model and make and called ahead and asked if they had them to look at. I was crystal clear about the color to be a DARK blue, not Light, but DARK blue. I arrive and the car is not at the location....okay, no big deal. Brock takes us over and this car is nothing described as it was online. Light blue, wrong color leather, wrong headlights, and the paint was beat to death. TOTAL lemon. Brock then asked me if I would like to see the other ones, I said yes. He then drives us over to another lot and this car is not even there... He starts pacing the lot looking and then gets back in our car saying "oh I just made a phone call to my buddy and he said that he took it home for the night..." But I just watched you not make a phone call? Overall this was a complete waist of time. I live over an hour away and this is why I called ahead so I did not have this happen. Brock is awful. I bought my Jeep Grand Cherokee here 2 years ago, Radiator went bad , okay fine I knew I had warranty to cover it . Call twin pine go in to set up the appointment get told I have to pay for all the repairs . Told the man at the service desk "No I have a warranty and it's still good" finally after explaining to him wtf the warranty was and that I Purchased it through TWIN PINE . . . After a while of me explaining he FINALLY understood what I was talking about! ........ they had my car in their shop for about 2 weeks for a damn repair. Reason behind it "a service tech called off" "another repair has to be done to a vehicle that just came in" oh .... okay yeah let's just forget about my vehicle :) .... now I'm here with my husband who made an appoint for a oil change 3 WEEKS AGO . Get here and are told "oh I'm sorry , a service tech called out sick so it'll be about an hour and a half - two hours" okay fine I go to the car to wait because I work from home and they were inside cleaning so if I got a call I didn't want the customers to hear all the noise. As soon as I sit in the car a man comes out he keeps hitting the lock button on the key fob . Comes up to the car and asks " can I take it back now ". I said " no ", if we have to wait an hour and a half there's no point on taking it back . He said "oh idk I'm sorry , um it was me I had to help my mom put her jewelry away or um on ". I've actually never wrote a review prior to this so that tells you something about my experience with Twin Pines. Beware! This used to be a good place to buy a car. Now that it is bigger and I believe new owners, they don't care about customers. They boast about selling 250 cars a month and want to reach 450. Why would they care? We bought a 2014 VW Manuel with 30k miles on it. We drove it home and around for about 80 miles in two days. The clutch burned out and left us sit. We got it towed back to them because they stated they would take a look at it in a very rude unprofessional way. They came back with, "you burnt the clutch". They want $1800 to fix it while others are asking $1600. Not to mention the fact that you have the right to return a car within three days. We called within two days and they put us off until "the owner" could look at it 3 days later.. Very convenient for them. I've driven s stick for many years and would not have been riding the clutch. I spoke to many dealers and repair shops and it would of been very hard for me to burn a clutch out within 80 miles. Make sure you read what you sign. Anything "as is" means as is. Stupid us. We thought just common business practices they would repair the car after we bought 3 cars from them in previous years prior to being Ford and only two days old. If you decide to buy from them because of their low mileage cars don't assume since it's low mileage it's a good car. Buy the $1500 warranty. read more

Twin Pine Ford is a very nice dealership - They have a large selection of above average cars at below average prices. That being said - There is an unsettling stench of arrogance in the air that leads to sub standard customer service. They excel at selling pre owned cars, lots of them - and if all you desire is a cheap new car - you will leave ecstatic ! On the other hand - If you expect " an experience " of appreciation that will have you leaving with that warm & fuzzy feeling of brand loyalty - You will be sadly disappointed.I am hopeful, as they mature into their new dealership, that they will improve on some things, raise their standards and become the powerhouse that they can be. I love their marketing, business model & out of the box thinking - Though when I left with my new key in hand , I felt empty inside. It was said that warm & fuzzy cost money & that is not what they are about - I disagree, as warm & fuzzy doesn't have to be about money, it can be strictly customer service and appreciation. ( Business 101 - The happier a customer leaves any company, the more people they tell & the more business said company does ) I had also found Yelp reviews to be pretty spot on with Twin Pine Auto Group ( same but different ) - " you will probably need to buy new tires, no holds, no warranty, may only get one key and a second is $$, You may or maynot get gas in the tank or mats on the floor and they use high pressure sales for the " add ons "" . When you factor in what you don't get - the low prices are not quite as low as you would think, though still good. Overall, it was a fine experience and think Twin Pine should be considered when looking for your next vehicle purchase. read more

This dealership gets a fair rating for me in terms of salesperson relationship but poor rating in terms of customer appreciation and ability to make a deal. Their sales pitch is that they sell all new vehicles at zero profit including offering their dealer "hold back" to their customers. While this seems like a respectable offer, although highly unlikely that they make zero profit, where they will attempt to take advantage of the customer is on the offer made on their trade. Anyone who is unfamiliar with the vehicle purchasing process could fall victim to their sales model. A typical dealership will make between $2000 and $3000 profit on a new vehicle where this dealership will attempt to make in excess of $5000 on a vehicle trade, therefore their "Zero" profit on a new vehicle is in fact a profit. My recommendation is to avoid this dealership at all costs. Buyer beware and be educated. read more
