    AutoZone sold me now 3, YES 3 defective engines. The 3rd motor made it to 500 miles, the 1st oil…read morechange after breakin period. When I took it to my technician who works on 12 of my families cars, He sends me pictures of the oil leak and tells me the ticking noises wasn't in my head, a lifter was ticking. If a lifter is ticking at the engines 1st oil change at 500 miles, what is it going to sound like at 2000 miles ? This is the quality of engines they sell : - 1st engine lasted 972 miles -2nd engine lasted 200 miles - 3rd engine lasted 500 miles The truck was purchased in May 2021, it's now May 2023. To date, I've put under 12,000 miles on it. Considering the average person puts 15,000 miles on a vehicle in a YEAR, I am none too happy that my truck has been in the shop more than in my driveway. AutoZone's engine supplier required a insane amount of tests that needed to be performed before they would approve a replacement ( please see my earlier review ). I have been in contact with the district manager and his boss, the area director requesting this matter be resolved. Bob, the area, director seemed he wasn't happy with the how my ordeal has been handled and told me he'd look into it and call me back. That call hasn't come. The only person who was helpful was Crystal ( I think that's her name ) the commercial sales manager. She did all she could do, and then some. Her bosses, not so much. I hope my situation helps someone make an informed decision when buying anything from AutoZone in the future.

    Shocked by the Treatment I Just Wanted Help…read more I walked into my local AutoZone with my daughter to ask about a diagnostic check. From the moment I approached the counter, I felt unwelcome. The man working looked visibly annoyed by my question, no greeting, no follow-up, just a blank stare and discomfort. Then, out of nowhere, a woman who seemed to be the manager came from behind her desk and screamed at me truly, yelled at the top of her lungs saying they couldn't run a diagnostic unless a check engine light was on. Mind you, no one had even asked me what was going on with the car yet. I was shocked, and so was my daughter. There was no issue or tension before this, so the reaction was completely unprovoked. I quickly left and went to a nearby auto shop. The man there saw I was shaken and asked what happened. When I told him, he immediately knew who I was talking about, apparently, she has a reputation for this kind of behavior. He was kind enough to run a diagnostic. Would I recommend this AutoZone? Honestly, keep driving. There are better places that treat customers with basic decency and respect.

For some reason…read moreit didn't work (the thinking was a blown fuse or something else electrical), so we got a different one, for free (which worked). The woman that helped us went out of her way to make sure we left happy. She was also a nurse. Forgot to ask her name. Gave my wife and I a hug before we left. That's what I call customer service. We will definitely go there again.

Brought my 05 Crown Victoria leaking rear transmission fluid and told them I had already paid a shop that said that they fix the issue but clearly they didn't so I tried Park Place out the technician saw the transmission puddle it left in his parking lot and yet I waited three weeks for him to tell me that my water pump has some play in it and had no information about why my transmission was leaking. He then goes to tell me that would be 400 and something odd dollars to fix my water pump but had no information besides my transmission fluid being a little over. When I asked if there's some hole that the transmission fluid would leak out of if it were over filled he again had no answer for me he said he would have to put it back up on the Lift to figure that out. This is where I lost complete faith in this place as my original request was to figure out why was leaking transmission fluid here we are three weeks later with no information about my transmission fluid leak but apparently I have a bad water pump. I walk in the next day around 10 2 and told the two ladies at counter that I don't feel like this place is going to figure out my issue with my transmission and that I would like to take my vehicle. All of a sudden they had answers to why the transmission may have been leaking when the day prior the guy said it would take him until next weekend to get it back on the lift and now first thing in the morning they have an answer for me when I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. They charged me $55 to tell me absolutely nothing about why I left a puddle of transmission fluid in their parking lot. These guys are Crooks they're in it for money. They would rather make a few hundred dollars off of you in diagnosing absolutely nothing then actually fixing the actual issue. The professionalism here is out the window front counter girls who I believed to be the owner's daughter just laughed in my face and continues to try to talk over me when I had nothing else to say I just wanted my keys and to pay my bill and be on my way you don't just magically pull answers out of your ass when you don't have them unless you already have them. Keep your car away from here don't even think about it

    I stopped by Park Place this afternoon for a follow up visit from an appointment I had last week…read more They had to order a special part for my Audi. I was actually running a little late for my scheduled appointment, but luckily they were still able to get my car in right away. My car was finished being worked on by the time I finished my complimentary coffee in their waiting room. This was actually my favorite part of the visit because I had never had Girl Scout Samoa cookie coffee mate creamer before. Great Service and Great Rates!
