Also, Ben who had picked up a time or two when I would called and let me know about parts they were waiting for. Thank you! I ended up being stuck on the side of the road because the radiator hoses were not installed properly and then I had antifreeze all of the engine bay of my jeep and all over the road. I was missing the install clips and the electrical cover and with the jeep system not being reset the dash lit up with dash lights I had to look up in my manual while I waited for help.

I can now get in and out of my car by opening the driver side door instead of going in thru the passenger side. The professional quality work, the kindness of Roger and the rest of the team impressed upon me to write this review. No pressure tactics were used. No up sells. No stress. I'm pondering the motorcycle…read moreriding of this season It dawned on me that for the last 3/4 of the summer I never once been aware of discomfort in my helmet. My wife and I have been riding for 30+ years. We have always chosen helmets because we liked the design or that they matched my bike.(or they were cheap , Mennonite , what can I say ) Fitting consisted of picking one out that's slid easily on to our heads I have had several Arai helmets previously ,but contrary to the advice of Rob Miller at The Service Pavilion I always choose them for looks first and then tried to make them fit by changing pads, and spooning foam, etc. Spring of 2017 I finally gave in and agreed to begin helmets selection with fitting. My wife was fairly easy and wound up with a size smaller than what we would've normally purchased for her but very comfortable and not loose. I was a bit more difficult , and had some discomfort in the four head after the first fitting The discomfort was slight and would only manifest itself after riding for half an hour or more. I'm bald so it's easy to identify pressure points after taking helmet off from an extended wear Rob was patient and actually more determined than I was that we would get the perfect fit. After a couple attempts trying different pads etc. to fit my not quite oval not quite round not quite small not quite medium head we finally reached the perfect fit. I have never had a helmet that I could wear all day and not be pushing up with my shoulders,or adjusting somehow to relieve a pressure.point . I can truly ride all day without thinking about my helmet. It's an amazing experience. Thank you Rob for your extra effort in making my riding safe and comfortable As an extra bonus we managed to get uniquely matching helmets they look great with my red bike Service is definitely the keyword at The Service Pavilion Thank you Sam Beiler. I said ok, then the lady at the counter I was talking to said "hold on" she then walked back to speak with the young newbie looking mechanic in the back. When she came back out she all of a sudden doubled my price quote to around $500 and tried to say you need both front ends done! I left and went to Classic Auto and had him look it over. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it and charged me 60% LESS than C&J Tire! Needless to say I now bring my vehicles here to Classic Auto!

I was dragging it for miles before spotting it when we got off the highway for a rest break. A man in the service center where we stopped saw my troubled face and came out to recommend Jeck's. We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. The bill was next to nothing! I don't usually tip at car repair shops but I told them to keep the change! If I was local, this is the place that would be servicing my vehicles! God bless!

My tire hazard light came on while I drove through Reading on the freeway…read more I pulled off, checked pressure at a gas station. Seemed fine, but I still had a lot of driving to do. I spotted Fazio's, with its 1950s Los Angeles drive-in decor (Quentin Tarantino would love this) and multiple lovingly maintained antique Corvettes sprawled around the property. Mr. Fazio dropped everything, palpably personally worried about my situation. He double checked my pressure, looked for bubbles, ruminated for a minute, then suggested I inflate them above Mazda's suggestion. He says my tires can easily handle more air and would drive better. So he inflated them higher, checked again, and refused payment, so I offered a pie from my car (I had several from Pennsylvania Dutch Country). He refused the lemon sponge pie and pointed longingly at the shoofly. My best pie. He's smart. He knows how to choose a pie. I hope he loved it, and want to send him more pie, because he was lovely to meet and talk to, his shop is awesome, and I left feeling great. I'm sad about losing my best pie, but I feel like 1. it was inevitable that he'd win, and 2. he deserved to win. So don't offer Mr. Fazio pie. He's way too smart and crafty. But do go to him for service. Or just to hang out and admire his 'Vettes. Also check out the working pay phone booth inside. It's a delight. The whole damned place is nothing but delight.
