Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. My 2010 SS needed a new underhood fuse box and I found one through this supplier…read more 1. It took two weeks to get the part from NEW YORK to PENNSYLVANIA. 2. The price was adjusted upward 400% from comparable parts but I paid it because I needed it. 3. I drove 20 miles to pick it up only to discover that it was broken with a golf ball sized part of the box missing, still apparently worth 400% markup. My sales person was Brian Meddings. Do not use this person who works on markup and made good money on my part, but refused to have it overnighted to my location and made me call him several times to get status on this item. 4. The part was broken and my two week waiting period flushed.

After…read morethe sensor was installed in a tire shop, I programmed the sensor, but my dashboard is still showing the tire pressure sign. I took the car to the dealer, and I was told the tire sensor is not compatible with my Benz. The dealer installed the new tire sensor, and it was working well, so I returned the old sensor I was given by the dealer . On 04/26/2025, when I returned the tire sensor to Advance Auto Parts, store #06301 at 1209 MacDale Blvd., Collingdale, PA, where I bought it, the attendant that I attended to, a white lady that I brought it for , told me that the sensor I returned was not the right one and showed me the right one. I looked at the box to see the number, and I was wrong. I told her that's what the mechanic that took the sensor out gave me. I took pictures of the right one, and as I was stepping out, I overheard the cashier telling her coworker that I tried to use it on her and that I am a thief, and immediately I told her she's wrong. This is disrespectful. I am a veteran; $49 is nothing.
