D&L went above and beyond. I had a stereo system installed and one of the subwoofer had blown. Heip said not to worry it's under warranty and he had it fixed as soon as the new one came in. Good prices and a great business. I had LED interior lights installed also and it made a huge difference over the full yellow stick lights. If you're looking for a stereo system, lighting, rims he does it all read more

I did some research to find the right place to check the radio and bluetooth coverage in the 2015 VW Beetle we had just purchased used and I reached out to a few companies. D&L was the first to respond and presented the options very well to me. When we took the VW to D&L, they were very thorough in checking it out and made it clear that the quality issues were not the radio or speakers, but the bluetooth capability. We opted to replace the radio and add a back-up camera to provide better rear view visibility. D&L set the date for the work on the spot and when we provided the car that day, promptly started the work. Everything was installed perfectly and the use of the systems were reviewed with us in great detail. Overall, great customer service, good price and excellent workmanship. We were very pleased and recommend D&L! read more

D & L Auto Accessories - window tint back window and all side windows. - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Lancaster, Pennsylvania

I visited the shop on Friday. Hiep, the owner, was outside and even though he was on his way out to make a delivery, he took the time to discuss my needs in depth. We exchanged contact info and the very next day he reached out to me to see if that coming Monday was good for me to have him work on my car. I dropped the car off Sunday night. Sure enough my car was ready as promised and the work was first-rate! I threw him a few curve balls and he handled them like the professional he is. This was my first visit and with a new car, I was a bit apprehensive but now... I have no issue with Hiep working on my car and I'm already looking forward to the next project. Well done!!! Where to start....my regular auto repair shop recommended D & L to do a tint job on my car windows. So I called D & L and made an appointment. I was told it would be $150 and it would take two hours. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and proceeded to wait for not two, not three, but 4 HOURS to have this job completed. Instead of being straight with me, when I asked at the 2.5 hour mark, I was told "just half hour more" (seems to be this guy's standard answer to everyone, as I heard him say it to another customer who was left waiting until after my job was done...). So I sat on these uncomfortable freaking stools for 4 hours, went to the bathroom in an unbelievably filthy bathroom, and tried to not lose my mind while this guy answered his phone that rang literally every five minutes and talked to every joe schmo in town. When the job was complete, I asked the owner very nicely if I could have a discount, since it took double the time that I was quoted. He offered $10 (off a bill of $180 - which was $30 more than what I was quoted on the phone). When I said, really just $10, that's the best you can do? He said, what do you want it for free? (With all the requisite sass that he could muster in his condescending little attitude). He then proceeded to tell me that it was my fault it took so long because my car was "difficult." Really - a Honda Accord is a difficult car? Only 1 in 5 people drives it, and I would have to imagine Hondas are pretty common within this business' target demographic. But kudos for blaming the customer! There are bubbles in the film and some of the pieces were not cut correctly. Real classy looking job...not. Oh, and he made my car battery die. Keeping the car doors open and engine on so he could roll the windows up and down three hundred times for 4 hours has a tendency to do that. I would never recommend this business to anyone, even my worst enemy. I'm sorry that I do not have any alternate recommendations for you, but I would chance it to say that even a dealer, who would probably be more expensive, would be a much better alternative than this place. read more

Had him do a whole audio install in my car. Bought all the equipment from him at fair prices that were even lower than the large audio sites (crutchfield and bestbuy). Charged me a fair price on install and did an absolutely outstanding job. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants the peace of mind that the job is going to get done correctly. read more

UNPROFESSIONAL - Had an appointment at 10:00 AM for window tinting, arrived at 9:45 AM. Doors locked, called their number, right to Voicemal. Waited until 10:30, still locked, no answer on the phone again. Another customer arrived and also tried to call. Received no phone call that they would be late. Will not be doing any business with this company! read more

I went to D&L to have a new stereo and xm radio installed. I also inquired about anti-theft and the owner Hiep suggested a kill switch. The installation was great. Hiep took care to install everything in proper locations and took good care of my vehicle. The price was fair for my install. I am very pleased with my experience there. read more

I had scraped one of my black rims I had bought from Hiep of D&L Auto. Heip did an excellent job buffing and repainting the area in the rim to make it look new again. I had bought a 10 in. subwoofer and amp from Heip. He had installed the sub woofer and amp as well as fix my black rim all in one afternoon. He did an excellent job with the repair and installation. He explained to me how the subwoofer amp would function with the factory radio and speakers in my car. I am totally satisfied with the work Heip performed on my car. I will certainly see Heip again soon for my next upgrade to my car. read more

Bought a back up camera from them. After paying and taking the product home to find out it wasn't needed, I attempted to return it. Upon arrival to the shop I was informed that I could only get store credit, after he reviewed the product and verified that the uninstalled product worked. Along with that the store credit is only valid for 30 days. So because I didn't need his product and now that I've returned it I will have my money stolen from me because I will not buy any other products or services from this organization. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Their customer service is very poor. read more
