Andy put a new head unit into my 2012 Camry. It looks amazing and sounds even more amazing. No speaker upgrades. Just the new head unit. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail of this installation is top notch. Everything is clean. The gaps in the installation kit (don't know what it's called....the housing for the head unit) are all perfectly aligned. Andy even took like half an hour to get me setup and jamming when I picked it up. I had to reschedule twice with him and he was very accommodating. I don't know much about stereos, but I know a lot about what expertise looks and feels like. This experience was EXPERT level. So well done. Highly recommended. read more

Great local company that know the trade and deliver quality installation services. I had a Kenwood CarPlay system installed in a 2015 Camry. They advised on the best options and components that would enable a great system. They installed in the timeframe promised and there charges were very fair. A shout out to Andy for taking additional time to demonstrate how to use the new system. I am definitely going back to get additional work done. I highly recommend Creative Car-Tunes! read more

Reasonably priced, more labor of love and local! They cost slightly less than best buy, but are a MILLION more times knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. I will come here for future car mods, remote start installations and all audio needs. They are super nice, spare no details and you are supporting a local biz! read more

Creative Car Tunes is my go to place for all automotive electronics. I am so impressed with their knowledge, equipment, customer service, and friendly attitude. I have a number of projects that they will be doing for me because they were so excellent the first time I went there for help. Top shop! read more

Creative Car Tunes worked on my vehicle on two different occasions to complete an exhaust installation and then test pipes. They are knowledgeable and professional. Got the work done and exceeded my expectations. Would recommend anyone I know here. read more

Not much to say here but great job! I recently had my windows tinted on my new vehicle. I stopped in made an appointment and returned this past Friday. It was somewhat crazy but they were in the process of getting everything ready for a show that was starting later that day. None the less I was greeted and taken care of right away. They pulled my vehicle in and before you could say "get the heck out of hear" it was done. I mean it was scary fast. I have had windows tinted before and I know when they are first installed they can have some imperfections until it cures. Not these guys. It was perfect. I was very surprised and satisfied. I will be back for more stuff. read more

Creative Car Tunes has done a couple of jobs for me. They installed a remote start kit into my 2003 MDX, and just recently installed a handsfree kit into my Lexus. Both times they under-promised and way over-delivered. I plan to have them install a remote start on both my personal and company vehicles, and to tint the windows of my iS this Spring. Good people, good work. Go check them out! read more

1st let me say its Mid July and extremely hot. I stopped by with an issue I had with a remote starter I didn't purchase through them. They were nice enough to look at my car and point me in the right direction. Roughly spending 30 min researching the issue they never asked for a cent. I didn't purchase anything from them today but next time I'm in the market for car audio products I will certainly be back. read more

Horrible customer service. Dealt with Doug. Purchased the remote start when buying the car. Were sent to this business for the install. Was told by the dealer 4 hours. When the car was dropped off was told 4-5 hours. Over 5 1/2 hours no phone. When we called we were told it's just being finished an it would take 30-40 minutes before they could make sure it all works. After another 90 minutes and no phone call we drove to the shop. Doug was speaking with another person and just ignored my father. When he asked if the car was done Doug had to go out and see if the starter worked. After about a 60 second tutorial he started to walk away. When we asked questions we was definitely annoyed. We weren't given any invoice or paperwork or even a thank you. The whole process took over 7 hours. read more

CCT is great, I've been coming here for a years. They do some amazing work but what really impresses me is, they can get just about anything. I've tackled them with a few random (odd) aftermarket parts that I needed and sure enough they did what it took to get them. It's really great to have an amazing shop near by. They will definitely get some repeat business from me. read more

Creative Cartunes is exactly the kind of business you want to work with. They are experts in their field, their pricing is as good as Crutchfield, they step you through all the options, they did a perfect installation in my 2014 Honda accord, they kept their word about what they would do and have stuck with me through some glitches. I also had them do window tinting and remote start with the iPhone app. Again any glitches are taken care of without question. read more

Doug was great !! I had my Ham Radio Installed and he did an outstanding job. My friend Recommended them, and I am glad he did. Very professional company. read more

Like pulling teeth trying to buy speaker wire from the salesperson. Offered no solutions. Won't be back.

CCT has the best sales and service I have ever experienced for my auto needs! The stereo I bought had some issues about a year after purchase, so they sent it out and Ian even gave me a temporary head unit to "fill the gap" while mine was back for factory repairs. Ian W also was extremely helpful in showing me how to get my bluetooth to work with my old phone and my new smartphone! CCT also gave me a great price for new headlights and taillights to update the look of my older Accord. I am really pleased with the results. Definitely, I recommend CCT! read more

Ian and the guys at Creative Car-Tunes are some of the most knowledgable guys in the business. I've had my navigation system installed and uninstalled by Ian in my last 4 vehicles and have never had any issues. I HIGHLY recommend these guys read more

I went into the store having a very basic idea of what I wanted, a car stereo to hook up to my ipod. Ian at Creative car-tunes went over each and every stereo, went over what each did and the differences between each. Also, no pressure at all, which is a rarity at most places now a days, told him wanted some time to think about it, and no one tried to talk me into something right now. read more

FIVE STARS - I wanted an alarm system for a Mercedes Roadtrek Camper. Mercedes and Roadtrek had no product - Mercedes even discouraged it. Blog sites for the camper is filled with moans and groans on how no system is possible. So, I took the challenge to CCT and they researched the options, proposed several systems and overcame a lighting conflict issue from the camper conversion. Now, after 6 months of use across Canada and the US, I see how knowledgeable CCT really is.....the system works perfectly, notifies me with a transmitter (up to one mile) to a special key fob receiver. Now, whether I am parked on the streets of a town/city, or fishing away from the vehicle in secluded areas, I have the comfort of having a system that will deter and notify. FIVE STARS to CCT for their willingness to take on the challenge, overcome some technical issues, and put a system into place that is quality. read more
