Andy put a new head unit into my 2012 Camry. It looks amazing and sounds even more amazing. No speaker upgrades. Just the new head unit. The craftsmanship and the attention to detail of this installation is top notch. Everything is clean. The gaps in the installation kit (don't know what it's called....the housing for the head unit) are all perfectly aligned. Andy even took like half an hour to get me setup and jamming when I picked it up. I had to reschedule twice with him and he was very accommodating. Great local company that know the trade and deliver quality installation services. I had a Kenwood CarPlay system installed in a 2015 Camry. They advised on the best options and components that would enable a great system. They installed in the timeframe promised and there charges were very fair. Not much to say here but great job! I recently had my windows tinted on my new vehicle. I stopped in made an appointment and returned this past Friday. It was somewhat crazy but they were in the process of getting everything ready for a show that was starting later that day. None the less I was greeted and taken care of right away. They pulled my vehicle in and before you could say "get the heck out of hear" it was done. I mean it was scary fast. I have had windows tinted before and I know when they are first installed they can have some imperfections until it cures. Not these guys. It was perfect. I was very surprised and satisfied. 1st let me say its Mid July and extremely hot. I stopped by with an issue I had with a remote starter I didn't purchase through them. They were nice enough to look at my car and point me in the right direction. Roughly spending 30 min researching the issue they never asked for a cent. Both times they under-promised and way over-delivered. I plan to have them install a remote start on both my personal and company vehicles, and to tint the windows of my iS this Spring. Horrible customer service. Dealt with Doug. Purchased the remote start when buying the car. Were sent to this business for the install. Was told by the dealer 4 hours. When the car was dropped off was told 4-5 hours. Over 5 1/2 hours no phone. When we called we were told it's just being finished an it would take 30-40 minutes before they could make sure it all works. After another 90 minutes and no phone call we drove to the shop. Doug was speaking with another person and just ignored my father. When he asked if the car was done Doug had to go out and see if the starter worked. After about a 60 second tutorial he started to walk away. When we asked questions we was definitely annoyed. We weren't given any invoice or paperwork or even a thank you. The whole process took over 7 hours. read more

CCT has the best sales and service I have ever experienced for my auto needs! The stereo I bought had some issues about a year after purchase, so they sent it out and Ian even gave me a temporary head unit to "fill the gap" while mine was back for factory repairs. Ian W also was extremely helpful in showing me how to get my bluetooth to work with my old phone and my new smartphone! FIVE STARS - I wanted an alarm system for a Mercedes Roadtrek Camper. Mercedes and Roadtrek had no product - Mercedes even discouraged it. Blog sites for the camper is filled with moans and groans on how no system is possible. So, I took the challenge to CCT and they researched the options, proposed several systems and overcame a lighting conflict issue from the camper conversion. Now, after 6 months of use across Canada and the US, I see how knowledgeable CCT really is.....the system works perfectly, notifies me with a transmitter (up to one mile) to a special key fob receiver. Now, whether I am parked on the streets of a town/city, or fishing away from the vehicle in secluded areas, I have the comfort of having a system that will deter and notify.
