Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

They very obviously kicked or hit one of my lights to dislodge it then charged me to fix it threatening to fail the inspection otherwise. TO top it off the two highschoolers they have working the counter frequently would go to the back to hid on their phones while a line of customers formed. The mechanic had to stop repairs and tell them to get back into the office to assist!
