These guys came to my rescue when my suspension system completely failed on my RV on the highway,…read moreon the weekend. It took a while for me to work out the financing for the extensive repair and they were completely helpful and patient. After completing the repair, they also replaced the fenders on the RV that I had in the toyhauler's garage. While doing that work, they noticed the suspension was not right after I had just driven it in, effectively, a circle as I had pulled it out for the night then back in the next morning. They realized that someone who had done a repair previously had not done it correctly and it was throwing everything off. They ordered the part they needed and got it fixed RIGHT! I feel so much more secure and safer after their repair as I continue on my RV trip across the US! Thank you guys!

I worked with Mike Howard, who was very helpful throughout the process and not once did he ever come across as pushy. We first spoke a few months back when I was starting my search and trying to narrow down my options. We drove a bunch of different vehicles to make sure I knew what I wanted, but he gave me space to get everything in order and decide what I wanted to do between then and now. Kudos to the whole team at Keller Bros, I will continue to recommend you guys and once again have a great experience to share.

None of the repairs were covered under the extended warranty - big shock. Now I have a new issue with this truck and am taking it to my go-to mechanic, who is not affiliated with this dealership. I'm just really disgusted with how unhelpful they have been with me as far my warranty. No one should buy a car with 38K miles on it and immediately start forking out money to repair it. I would look elshwhere if you are in search of a new/used car.

The engines apply torque differently, so every other dyno shop in town was unwilling to let us run our vehicle on their machine. Thankfully Brady's was willing to re-calibrate their dynamometer to throw a load to our diesel allowing us to measure the engine's power. The gentleman who operated the dyno asked us what RPM we wanted to rev the engine to - which I appreciated. I've put cars on the dynamometer at other shops and they just floor it; which is terrifying. Not only were we thankful they got us in, we were also impressed with the power number the little VW made. We were pleasantly surprised that Brady's charged us $20 less than we were expecting to pay! Thank you Brady's for getting us and our frenken-vee-dub in for dynamometer runs when others were unwilling!
