I give Doctor tire and the entire staff a big thumbs up. They have always treated me with respect and serviced every vehicle I have ever brought to them. Most times same day service, or the latest two days only because they had to order parts. I have had service work done by Carlos and Lou from as small as $30 to as muchas over $3,500 and I could not tell by the service the difference between to two. It didn't matter if I was there for something small or big. Still the great perfect service with a thank you at the end. I would recommend them above all other. Lou took great care of me. Had 3 bad tires. He had 3 used tires for me that worked for my situation.

Long story short I got a flat right outside this place and they were able to help switch my tire out to my spare (my tire iron was missing). A week later I came back to get all 4 new tires and they did a great job. The employees are all kind and courteous and want to help you in whatever way they can. The job was completed down the road at Jack Williams tire only 10minutes later for $243 for the exact same tire and service. I've been going to the big box auto/tire shops for 30 plus years. You know the ones where you sit and wait for a few hours as the techs bounce from car to car. It was time for a new set of tires & alignment so I did the dreaded search on the big box websites in search of the "deal". Found my tires and decided to make an appointment for Saturday. While driving through Lancaster this afternoon I passed Doctor tire and thought to myself why not stop in to see what they could offer me. They quoted me $22 less than the big box shop but what sealed the deal was they included the whole install package & alignment. That saved me $117 on install from the big box shop and $85 on an alignment. I was okay with the big box price but when Doctor Tire said they could get me in & out rather quickly I was sold. You know what I mean. I can't think of anyone who likes sitting in the cramped big box waiting rooms for hours on end. Nice job to the team at Doctor Tire. Well done! read more

Really good service and the prices are fair. They also went as far as looking up any recalls on my car when it's not their job to do so. They recommended I call the dealer since my car had two recalls pending. I was really impressed and this could have saved my life since one of the defects was airbag. read more
