The customer service here is incredible. I finally got my car registered to PA and came in for an inspection. They ordered a part I needed and worked with me during my availability to get everything done. It took us a few days because of my personal needs and the part taking awhile but the guys here were all so patient and understanding. Today I was finishing up and there had been some paperwork we couldn't find but these guys looked and looked until they managed to get everything sorted for me. I am so grateful for the kindness, patience, and respect shown at this location. I've been using Mavis exclusively for 6 years now across 3 different states and moves but this is by far my favorite. I thought I had a faulty tire stem and stopped in at Mavis after work on a Tuesday; they were able to get my car right in to look at it and Chris was a huge help. It ended up being a small brad nail but he fixed up my tire and looked over my other three tires to ensure me they were good. Chris was helpful, friendly and ensured me my vehicle wheels were safe. No one tried selling me anything that wasn't needed and I was in and out in no time. Waiting area was clean, air conditioned and welcoming. I will definitely go back to Mavis if I ever need help with my wheels in the future. read more

This is the worse place to inspect your car!! I took my new 2025 truck with just only 488 miles and they say that I have to put 100 miles more so the machine can read it..I get there at 12pm and they can't inspect my truck for that and make me wait till 4pm just to say that BS...they have to update their tools and machine and the way to treat Spanish people... read more

My daughter was given an estimate on work to be done and when she went to pay the final bill it was almost 3 times what she was quoted. We asked for the original quote which was written on a piece of paper not any thing official. Store manager of the Willow Street location Gavin at first said he couldn't find it. Escalated to higher ups who offered a refund of less then an 8th of what she paid, or they could put the old parts back on and we could take it elsewhere, or we could get a quote in writing for another reputable shop. Which is kinda funny because they wouldn't offer one. We asked for the options that they offered in writing and they wouldn't do that either. I feel they took advantage of a female. Will never take vehicle there again and do not recommend anyone else do so either. read more

I called them after I left to get a quote on brakes, Abi called me back to tell me I needed brakes and rotors, $1200. I've been to this location several times. The employees are always nice and helpful. Today they fixed a screw in my tire for free! They said it was going to be $30 which was a reasonable price but said no charge, then carried the tire to my car. Excellent customer service! Will continue going there for my tire and wheel needs. read more

Brought a tire from my car to get fixed, ended up just asking them to replace all four tires. I would leave the bad one so they can start swapping it out. While next day I can bring the vehicle to get the other three tires replace along with buying extra warranty and also an alignment. Just under $1000.00!!! Dropped the car off went home. They called the car was done. I came back to the garage and paid. Went to the car and noticed before I left the old tires were still on the car!!! They supposedly did an alignment. Or did they???? I don't trust this place at all now!! No supervisor checking the work. Not at all happy, now I'm late for work!! They Never apologized for making such a HUGE MISTAKE!!! HORRIBLE service. Wish 0 stars was an option. Made my vehicle un- drivable after only coming in for new tires. They told me I would need multiple new parts (even though vehicle passed inspection 2 weeks ago). I requested that they put my vehicle back together and return it to me. They responded angrily saying that they hope my normal garage is close by because my vehicle is now dangerous to drive. It can be assumed they started working on what they believed was wrong because now I am out $700 between fixing their faulty work and having to get my vehicle towed to a trusted garage. It happened to me. I went to change some brakes and they told me that I had other things, which is why they stole 1.5 and a bit dollars from me and the car still makes the same noise. The worst and last thing they told me is that Toyotas always make that noise. I got tired of them helping me and nobody did anything. They do not work. I do not recommend it. read more

I wouldn't go back if they were giving tires away. Got 4 tires and an alignment, was not told of any issues or things that they noticed (probably because they aren't trained to be able to do anything more than put a tire on). My car was rocking like a boat in a storm when I got it back. I took her in, they told me I wouldn't have noticed it with the old tires because they were bald. Took it to a real mechanic and have to get all new bushings and yet another alignment. ITs 'discount' for a reason. Spend the extra money and go to a shop that knows what they are doing. read more

SCAM ALERT ! Go in to buy 4 new tires. Quoted $999. I showed them their advertisement same tires with everything (plus aliment) $750 before taxes !! So even by adding $50 for sale tax IT ISN'T EVEN CLOSE TO $999 !!!! When I questioned it, they said it's $999. It's a shame as I thought Mavis Tire was honest and trustworthy. read more

I went in to get information & price on 4 tires for my Subaru. The salesman was pushing 1 type of tire that was an 80,000 mile tire. I asked if it was a good riding tire & he said definitely yes-although I knew the 80,000 mile tire gave a rougher ride. I asked several other questions about service & he answered with "don't worry,we'll take care of you" with a smile. I feel this was because I am a female & didn't need to know the details & should take his word. I have since called my Subaru dealer & got lots of answers & a good price. I found a screw in my front tire and it ended up flat. I called around to several other tire stores and was put on hold for way too long or told they couldn't get to it until the next day. Called Mavis and was greeted with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude. Took my truck out and within 20 min the team found the hole and repaired it.
