Good people. very helpful. and easy to find the cars on their lot. There's a map on their website. Makes it a lot easier.

One of the worst retail experiences during COVID19 to date. I'm high risk so I am very cautious…read moreabout where I go. Most businesses are offering curbside pick up with prepay so I assumed Advance would too when hubby needed me to make a run for him. It was all downhill after that. The experience was flawed from the first phone call. Hubby needed black silicone in a tube. He even told them the brand and how the tube looked - do they have it? The "manager" was so dumbfounded by what this product was it was sinful. He had him on speaker phone and my husband would say the brand and he would repeat something else. Ultimately he did find what he needed. Hubby told him to put it out and he'd pay over the phone so I could just pick up. Nope they don't do that, or curb side pick up. So I headed over. It was supposed to be at the commercial counter. None of the counters are labeled and both were manned and assisting customers. Neither employee was Charles, the man who took the call. So I waited. The dude in front of me had a massive KKK hood tattoo. As he was being rung out I hear him tell the cashier the price wasn't right, but the cashier insisted it was. He ran up the Klansman and I was next. I was greeted by a large sign that said face masks of all kinds were required to enter the store and both the mouth and nose must be covered. Cashier had his nose out. Nice. So I'm standing there waiting, and waiting, because he had to answer a few more phone calls, pull parts, walk around etc. He was working I will give him that. Meanwhile Klansman finds an issue with his receipt and stands to the side trying to get his attention, all the while cashier #1 is still with the same customer and the customers keep pouring in. Finally I'm acknowledged. He needs to check with "Charles" for my silicone. Back and forth a few more times, and I'm still waiting. Phone rings several more times. I'm still waiting. He comes back and says hubby just called and added something to the order, razor blades. Fine. They're pulled and I'm left standing there as he tells me between phone calls and part pulls that I have to wait till Charles comes back to ring up the order. Well, where did Charles go?!? Off running errands.....wtf! Sorry dude but I just waited here with my compromised immune system with a klansman to my left and more customers coming in to my right. Pull the stuff from the shelf and start fresh. I'm not waiting and it's absurd that he would even suggest it! He does what's he's told and haphazardly tries to hand me the items, as they're falling on the ground because he doesn't think to put them in a bag. Like I really want to handle these after your dirty (yes black dirty nails and no hand sanitizer in sight) were all over it...no thank you! 20 + minutes of my life wasted and I don't want to even think about how many germs I was just exposed to.... (doors are pull so you must touch handle, credit card machine requires you using the attached pen, etc) no hand sanitizer, employees not following the policy they have posted, and poor customer service, lack of common sense, and short staffed. I know we're all under pressure with all of this going on but this is one business you don't want to visit during COVID.

Walked in and asked if they had a Chilton's manual for my wife's vehicle, was given a strange look…read more Asked if they had the transmission filter for her make and model, and was informed they didn't have it, but could order it. Then the manager from the back chimes in, "Do you even know how to work on a CVT transmission?". Really??? Definitely a different approach would have been better. Needless to say, I dropped my items and walked out the door. My advice.... find a parts store that is more knowledgeable and friendly.
