I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. He really helped me out on my Ford Focus battery not working, the car kept needing a jump start. he determined it was a bad alternator, he called me with the estimate, to see if I wanted it fixed. Since it was a newer car I called the dealer to see if warranty covered repair, I was told no, and out of curiosity I got a quote, the dealer was more about selling up than just answering me.
