It was always my thermostat which they gratefully replaced and honored the warranty too. But they dug in and did extra homework although my check engine light was NOT on and found KIA modified the thermostat with a restricter because they knew my current setup would throw the cold engine repair code. I took it to Global Auto Collision and Jay told me that not only could it be patched but that he could do the work while I waited! An hour and $150 later, my car was repaired and back on the road. Damien was so knowledgeable and kind, explaining everything he found and what he needed to do to fix it. I had an appt at the local KIA this weekend for an oil change and inspection but I had to cancel due to it being at Fink's. He was happy to accommodate me and all of my needs while keeping me in the loop with everything, including pricing. The parts came in earlier than expected and I was able to get my car back before the weekend! While my circumstances were less than desirable, I am so glad to have found Fink's.
