They gave me a timeline of about two weeks to get the work done and worked with Enterprise and my insurance efficiently to get me a rental, making the whole process easy for me. They explained everything about the job up front and when it was expected to be done. Though it wound up taking a few days longer to get my car done, that wasn't an issue for me. I only wish they had called me initially to tell me when my car was ready; I called in myself to inquire the day it was scheduled to be done and they estimated another day or two, but I didn't hear back until it was actually completed. Still, the quality of the work was most satisfactory and the cost with my insurance was as expected, so there were no hidden fees or surprises. I'd definitely use them again if (knock on wood this doesn't happen) I need more repairs done.

Brianna was so helpful and worked with me to find a convenient time for me to bring my vehicle in during my graduate school winter break. They were very kind about honoring the lifetime warranty on the work completed at at their sister facility. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. It turns out that the technician who installed the replacement rear door accidentally activated the manual child safety lock, preventing the door from operating properly. The waiting room was exceptionally clean, especially considering that this type of business involves a lot of messy liquids. I cannot comment on the cost or value of service, but I can say that the customer service was excellent. I would not hesitate to return in the future with any issues.

Not enough to deploy the airbag, but still obliterated the front end. At that time, I took it to Fine Line Auto, and they were great. Great customer service and they did the job well. There were some minor imperfections, but only ones that I would see, and so I went about business as usual. That is, until May of 2022. As fate would have it, another deer wound up seeing it's life cut short with the business end of my truck. This time it stung even more. The damage was as severe as the last time, only now the truck was mine, having paid it off just days prior. Thankfully the value of the truck kept it from being considered a total, and again, no airbag deployment. This time Fine Line warned me that they would not be able to get me in until September. They referred me to Majors Select, and noted that they are the preferred auto body shop for Rahal Toyota. With this recommendation, I called and spoke with Kim, and was immediately put at ease with a warm, customer friendly reception. They said it may not be until June, but to come in. I dropped it off later that day, and both Kim and Marlon were wonderful to deal with. They could sense my despair considering what I've been through and how much my truck means to me. They assured me it would be okay, and all would be handled. They had the truck for about 4-5 weeks, and during that time, their communication was excellent. There was another person, Brandon, who was also involved. I did not speak with him personally, but my wife did, and she was also very happy with the customer responsiveness displayed. When I was able to pick up the truck, I was stunned. Nothing against Fine Line, however the attention and care given by Majors felt personal. The truck looked even better than before, and as close to factory as it could possibly be. The paint match was perfect, and the fit / finish is second to none. I now have my truck back, and more importantly, my peace of mind. It's good to know there are still companies that exist that know customer experience means something, and that take pride in their efforts. Honestly, I hope I never see anyone there again, however if fate decides against my favor again, it's good to know that Majors will be there. I recently moved to the area and had my first car breakdown ever; accelerator stopped working. I had no idea how to get my car to a shop or what could be wrong -- I just needed to be able to commute to work hopefully soon. I tried two other shops before trying Bob's, one where I had to leave a message and they never got back to me, and another where they could only start working on my vehicle two days after it arrived. That wouldn't cut it. I was relieved to have Bob answer the phone, understand my urgency, and even have a tow truck available to pick up my car from my neighborhood lot. I was able to have my insurance arrange the delivery, though, and before the end of the day I had a diagnosis about a battery and alternator swap. The next day, the work was complete, and he offered to pick me up and bring me to his garage to fill out the paperwork. Sure enough, my car rolled up the next morning with Bob in the driver's seat. I'm so thankful to had had his open communication, professional attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for a 20-something with little vehicle expertise. I'm hoping with this car I won't have to reach out because of problems again, but I know exactly who to call when I need something done.

I am also disabled and without my vehicle I have no way to transport my mobility scooter. No rental place has this capability either when renting a vehicle to attach my rack for the mobility scooter. I found myself house bound and although I could drive I was unable to walk distance so I was also car bound. Anyone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression, knows isolation is not ideal. I worked with Mike at LTM and voiced my concerns. He listened and I truly felt heard. I was so pleased and grateful when they were able to fix my 4Runner within 15 business days from time of crash. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me get back on the road with my vehicle so I was no longer house bound. My vehicle was also washed along with the inside wiped down. I barely recognized my own vehicle when I pulled in to pick it up. Thank you to all who jumped through the hoops you all did to get me back to functioning outside of my home. The repair looks fantastic you'd never know there was damage there at all. Garry was who I worked with, and he was great very personable, thorough, and kept me in the loop throughout the process. They had my car for about a week and a half, and while it did take an extra day, it was because they needed to bring someone in to properly recalibrate the blind spot sensors after the repair. I appreciated that they took the time to do it right instead of rushing it out the door. Before choosing a shop, I asked around on Facebook, and Yancey's was the only place that got consistent, all positive feedback and now I get why. Highly recommend.
