This was my second time using Bik's Auto Collision. My husband had some body work done on his truck earlier this year and was pleased with the service. Mike is wonderful to work with through the whole process, from working with insurance and rental car companies. Personal service is always a plus, Mike apoligized for not being there when I dropped off my vehicle. He also apoligized for the vehicle I was driving as a rental (haha). Highly recommend Bik's Auto Collision for any body work you may need. read more

Michael Bik and his team of craftsmen did an outstanding job of repairing my Chevrolet SSR. Because the truck is nearly 20 years old and a rare color, matching the paint was very difficult, but the results are flawless. Communication throughout the repair process was timely, the job was completed when promised, and the price was a great value. Highly recommended! read more

Recently, the side of my car was chipped and the rear window broken at work by landscapers. A lot of the glass shards fell into the window channels, including the one for my built-in shade. The shade was stuck in the up position, making it vulnerable to damage from winds while driving, and the open window left my car exposed to the elements. Bik's recognized my undrivable situation and did everything they could to get my car in for repairs as quickly as possible. They also helped with my car rental arrangements and patiently answered all of my questions. The blending of the paint to repair the chips is flawless and everything looks like nothing ever occurred! I was picked up for my rental car and I was also able to drop it off there at the end, making everything effortless and painless. They went above and beyond to make an annoying situation as positive as possible. I highly recommend Bik's for all of your collision repair needs! read more

Mike was very kind and professional. He was clear about the process and upfront about the possibilities and completion time. My car was in for front end damage from an accident, so Mike was also aware of the insurance end and handled everything with patience. My car was done as quickly as they could get the parts in house and the final result looked better than before the accident. I would certainly recommend you reach out to Bik's for any collision and auto body repair needs. read more

Take your car here!! I live half an hour away but chose this shop because of the excellent reviews, and am so glad I did! First, their customer service is absolutely stellar. They did all the communication with my insurance company and the rental car company so that I basically didn't have to do anything. I showed up with my car, they texted Enterprise, and before I had even gathered my personal things from my car, there was my rental waiting for me. Same thing with the drop-off: I just left the rental car in their lot and drove off in my fixed-up car, they took care of everything. Also, they communicated with me every step of the way about the timeline of my repair and were so professional and polite. Second, they were so fast! I was prepared for my repair to take at least twice as long (maybe three times). And not only had they fixed my car (only the hood was damaged), but washed and cleaned the entire car AND the interior! Finally, they did a superb job. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot. They matched my unusual paint color and everything. I'm so happy with this experience, and am recommending Bik's to everyone I know. Of course I hope that I won't need such services again soon, but if/when I do, I'll be coming to Bik's! read more

My husband had hit a deer with his SUV, and Bik's is where our insurance company sent us. Upon first glance with a parking lot full of cars, in several states of repair, it was a bit worrisome. However, their upfront customer service and openness about the availability of parts for our specific vehicle were immediately reassuring. While we might have gotten lucky regarding the availability of those parts, the repair was turned around far quicker than we had expected, as it included a full grill, light and side panel replacement, including paint among other things. As someone who has briefly worked in the auto repair industry, I CANNOT recommend them enough. While I hope I never encounter an issue where I need their services like my husband has, I will INISIST upon using Bik's again. And one more thing to note! They cleaned up after themselves inside the car, then went above and beyond. All the seats were wiped down, and the floor mats had been removed and fully cleaned. Stellar service. read more

I can't say enough great comments about Bik's, Mike and their staff. They were so nice when i showed up, explained everything in a way i understood, costs were very fair and competitive and they worked to find the least expensive way to help me. Mike also worked hard to schedule me so the work could be done soon and convenient for me. He kept me updated while the van was with him. And his price estimate was very close to the penny. They car was fixed on time, looks gorgeous and there were no issues at all. Great great place! I wish i could visit their business regularly but that's impossible unless i have regular accidents lol... Also, as a woman with little to no knowledge about cars, I am always concerned a place like Bik's could take advantage of me. But they didn't ! Trustworthy business and staff. Thank you Mike and Bik's read more

These guys are awesome! My car needed a back bumper repair from a long ago run in with a parking garage column. Since I'm WFH decided to go ahead and get It fixed.. I'm new to the area so I went to Bik's because they were close to my apt and had good reviews. Let me tell you, they earn them!. Called Wednesday, took car in and got estimate Friday, dropped it off on Monday, got it back Tuesday afternoon. Great communication the whole time. My 10 year old car came back to me looking brand new! They even cleaned the inside! Please take your business to Bik's! They will take great care of you! read more

I was referred to Bik's by my insurance. My car was hit while parked and the front end was dented. I called them in a weekend, knowing full well they were closed, expecting a call on Monday. Within 15 minutes of leaving a message my call was returned. Mike called me back on his day off to make sure I knew what to do. I took my car in, again Mike was polite and helpful. He told me exactly how things were going to happen with the insurance and set expectations for the work that needed done. He personally drove me to the car rental place. It took 2 days to complete the work on my car, which was significantly faster than I had expected. I sincerely thought I was going to spend the entire weekend in a rental. Mike called me Friday afternoon to let me know my car was ready. I was attending a funeral and Mike offered me 3 different options to retrieve my car before the weekend, doing everything he could to make sure I didn't have to spend another 3 days on my rental. The work that was done was excellent. You'd never be able to tell any damage had been done. The dent was gone. Color matching was perfect. And on top of all the amazing work that they had done for the repair, the car was cleaned inside and out. The car was waxed. The inside was cleaned up the point that you'd never know I have 3 dogs who ride in the car with me. The wells were cleaned to not a spot of dirt. None of the cleaning was even remotely expected. I was genuinely surprised and appreciative. And on top of everything, Mike was a really nice guy. I genuinely felt like he cared about me as a customer. He went above and beyond my expectations at every opportunity. So highly recommended. read more

Excellent collision shop. They are a top notch professional repair shop, delivering quality work and saving the customer from as many headaches as possible. I had to wait one month for collision work due to the backlog, but well worth the time!! They even pointed out some issues I should address before my next vehicle inspection. read more

Mike and his team are fantastic! He stayed in regular communications with me through out the entire time my auto was under his care. He made the whole process very easy from the first phone call to him, to when he handed my keys back at completion. When the insurance estimate was off, he worked directly with my company to get it updated. He took away all the worries of the repair off my shoulders! The work performed by his body guys, paint guy, and even the final detailing guy was fantastic! I am extremely satisfied with Bik's Auto Collision and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

Bik's did a great job of working with me even when I got the official estimate done somewhere else and had to get it switched over to them. They spoke with my insurance company and got things figured out with very little hassle on my part. Mike was kind and communicative throughout the process, giving me advice on my car rental and keeping me updated on the work on my car. They completed the repairs very efficiently and now it looks like nothing ever happened. I was extremely satisfied with the entire process and would easily recommend Bik's to others. read more

After an eventful track down retrieving my stolen vehicle, you can imagine I got it back in horrible from condition from the thief. The nightmare didn't stop there. When I called shops all over central PA everyone was booked out for MONTHS. The owner himself sympathize with my story and the videos/pics of the incident. Although his shop was booked as well, he made a great deal of effort to get my vehicle in and worked on as soon as he could. When it came time to pick my car up it was as if nothing had ever happened to it. They did excellent with repairs. I am forever grateful for this shop. read more

After probably driving past here a thousand times, I finally got to stop in when Geico recommended them as an Express Body Shop. Check in was smooth with both Geico and Progressive agents being there. I left in 30 minutes with a rental and my car was fixed two days ahead of schedule. Pick up was equally smooth with payment of copay and collecting my fixed, washed and cleaned (inside too) car!! You usually hear negative things when talking about body shops - not these guys...A very positive experience!! read more

Our minivan got sideswiped by another driver and had damage done to several panels. We were a week and a half away from a family road trip (of course) and wanted to get the repairs done before we left town. Our insurance company recommended Bik's. Mike was clear about expectations before committing to getting the work done by our tight timeline--I really appreciated that he wanted to be sure before committing to the job. Once they scoped out the car and said they could do it by our departure date. I was thrilled to get the call a few days BEFORE we were expecting it to be done. The minivan looks perfect and they even vacuumed the whole interior which was an unexpected surprise--and a really nice way to get the car back. Thank you, Mike and your team! We had such a positive experience. We will highly recommend you to anyone we know who needs auto body work done. read more

Worst experience I've had. Was brought in due to a rear end accident to no fault of my own. Bed was slightly bent and bumper needed replaced. I dropped it off and within 6 days they called and said it was ready for pickup. I brought it home and first notice the clear coat appeared to have an orange peel finish which was horrible. Next I noticed I could VISIBLY see their bondo work and sanding marks so I immediately brought the truck back. They also did not screw a single tail light back in.They requested I bring it back the following week and had it ready for pick up about 2-3 days later. Upon pickup I noticed they had torn up my fender flares while removing and one of my bed rails had completely come up which I later found to be due to clips they had broken off due upon removal so I yet again brought it back. Upon pick up AGAIN I notice the had only repaired one of two fender flares and tried to blame it on me not telling them. Which I did. So again I wait for more repairs which had nothing to do with the initial reason I brought it in. So I finally get my truck back and everything SEEMS to be repaired Other than the orange peel texture which I decided to live with because I was sick of the headache with this place. So today, about 3 weeks later I'm standing here looking at my truck which looks like it had drizzled a little rain on it, so I go to wipe it off only to find it's not rain. Can you guess what it is? ITS OVER SPRAY FROM THE HORRIBLE CLEAR COAT THEY APPLIED AND ITS COVERING MY ENTIRE VEHICLE!! 10/10 would not recommend. It seems to me this shop is more about rushing vehicles in and out rather than quality work. PLEASE ADVISE. read more

My insurance company has their office located in Bik's shop. I was reluctant to use them as I knew nothing about them, and was going to use my dealer to repair the collision damage to my auto. When they were unable to fit me in within a reasonable amount of time, I looked for reviews of Bik's to decide whether or not I wanted to wait on my dealer or use them. Much to my surprise the reviews (here and on Google), were outstanding, so I made the appointment for repair. Check in and check out went smoothly, and my car was ready in a week and half, with a snow day in that calculation. When I picked up my car, I couldn't have been more pleased. It looked brand new! The repair was done flawlessly and they cleaned my car inside and out, to the point that it looked like it was detailed. Mike is exceptional in his customer service, even with my persistent, almost daily phone calls to see if my car was ready. I would without hesitation recommend Bik's! read more
