Because the truck is nearly 20 years old and a rare color, matching the paint was very difficult, but the results are flawless. Recently, the side of my car was chipped and the rear window broken at work by landscapers. A lot of the glass shards fell into the window channels, including the one for my built-in shade. The shade was stuck in the up position, making it vulnerable to damage from winds while driving, and the open window left my car exposed to the elements. Bik's recognized my undrivable situation and did everything they could to get my car in for repairs as quickly as possible. They also helped with my car rental arrangements and patiently answered all of my questions. The blending of the paint to repair the chips is flawless and everything looks like nothing ever occurred! I was picked up for my rental car and I was also able to drop it off there at the end, making everything effortless and painless. Take your car here!! I live half an hour away but chose this shop because of the excellent reviews, and am so glad I did! First, their customer service is absolutely stellar. They did all the communication with my insurance company and the rental car company so that I basically didn't have to do anything. I showed up with my car, they texted Enterprise, and before I had even gathered my personal things from my car, there was my rental waiting for me. Same thing with the drop-off: I just left the rental car in their lot and drove off in my fixed-up car, they took care of everything. Also, they communicated with me every step of the way about the timeline of my repair and were so professional and polite. Second, they were so fast! I was prepared for my repair to take at least twice as long (maybe three times). And not only had they fixed my car (only the hood was damaged), but washed and cleaned the entire car AND the interior! Finally, they did a superb job. My car looks like I just drove it off the lot. They matched my unusual paint color and everything. I'm so happy with this experience, and am recommending Bik's to everyone I know. Of course I hope that I won't need such services again soon, but if/when I do, I'll be coming to Bik's! read more

My husband had hit a deer with his SUV, and Bik's is where our insurance company sent us. Upon first glance with a parking lot full of cars, in several states of repair, it was a bit worrisome. However, their upfront customer service and openness about the availability of parts for our specific vehicle were immediately reassuring. While we might have gotten lucky regarding the availability of those parts, the repair was turned around far quicker than we had expected, as it included a full grill, light and side panel replacement, including paint among other things. As someone who has briefly worked in the auto repair industry, I CANNOT recommend them enough. While I hope I never encounter an issue where I need their services like my husband has, I will INISIST upon using Bik's again. And one more thing to note! They cleaned up after themselves inside the car, then went above and beyond. All the seats were wiped down, and the floor mats had been removed and fully cleaned. Stellar service. read more

I can't say enough great comments about Bik's, Mike and their staff. They were so nice when i showed up, explained everything in a way i understood, costs were very fair and competitive and they worked to find the least expensive way to help me. Mike also worked hard to schedule me so the work could be done soon and convenient for me. He kept me updated while the van was with him. And his price estimate was very close to the penny. They car was fixed on time, looks gorgeous and there were no issues at all. Great great place! These guys are awesome! My car needed a back bumper repair from a long ago run in with a parking garage column. Since I'm WFH decided to go ahead and get It fixed.. I'm new to the area so I went to Bik's because they were close to my apt and had good reviews. Let me tell you, they earn them!. Called Wednesday, took car in and got estimate Friday, dropped it off on Monday, got it back Tuesday afternoon. Great communication the whole time. I was referred to Bik's by my insurance. My car was hit while parked and the front end was dented. I called them in a weekend, knowing full well they were closed, expecting a call on Monday. Within 15 minutes of leaving a message my call was returned. Mike called me back on his day off to make sure I knew what to do. I took my car in, again Mike was polite and helpful. He told me exactly how things were going to happen with the insurance and set expectations for the work that needed done. He personally drove me to the car rental place. It took 2 days to complete the work on my car, which was significantly faster than I had expected. I sincerely thought I was going to spend the entire weekend in a rental. Mike called me Friday afternoon to let me know my car was ready. I was attending a funeral and Mike offered me 3 different options to retrieve my car before the weekend, doing everything he could to make sure I didn't have to spend another 3 days on my rental. The work that was done was excellent. You'd never be able to tell any damage had been done. The dent was gone. Color matching was perfect. And on top of all the amazing work that they had done for the repair, the car was cleaned inside and out. The car was waxed. The inside was cleaned up the point that you'd never know I have 3 dogs who ride in the car with me. The wells were cleaned to not a spot of dirt. None of the cleaning was even remotely expected. I was genuinely surprised and appreciative. And on top of everything, Mike was a really nice guy. I genuinely felt like he cared about me as a customer. After an eventful track down retrieving my stolen vehicle, you can imagine I got it back in horrible from condition from the thief. The nightmare didn't stop there. When I called shops all over central PA everyone was booked out for MONTHS. The owner himself sympathize with my story and the videos/pics of the incident. Although his shop was booked as well, he made a great deal of effort to get my vehicle in and worked on as soon as he could. After probably driving past here a thousand times, I finally got to stop in when Geico recommended them as an Express Body Shop. Check in was smooth with both Geico and Progressive agents being there. I left in 30 minutes with a rental and my car was fixed two days ahead of schedule. Pick up was equally smooth with payment of copay and collecting my fixed, washed and cleaned (inside too) car!! Worst experience I've had. Was brought in due to a rear end accident to no fault of my own. Bed was slightly bent and bumper needed replaced. I dropped it off and within 6 days they called and said it was ready for pickup. I brought it home and first notice the clear coat appeared to have an orange peel finish which was horrible. Next I noticed I could VISIBLY see their bondo work and sanding marks so I immediately brought the truck back. They also did not screw a single tail light back in.They requested I bring it back the following week and had it ready for pick up about 2-3 days later. Upon pickup I noticed they had torn up my fender flares while removing and one of my bed rails had completely come up which I later found to be due to clips they had broken off due upon removal so I yet again brought it back. Upon pick up AGAIN I notice the had only repaired one of two fender flares and tried to blame it on me not telling them. Which I did. So again I wait for more repairs which had nothing to do with the initial reason I brought it in. So I finally get my truck back and everything SEEMS to be repaired Other than the orange peel texture which I decided to live with because I was sick of the headache with this place. So today, about 3 weeks later I'm standing here looking at my truck which looks like it had drizzled a little rain on it, so I go to wipe it off only to find it's not rain. Can you guess what it is? ITS OVER SPRAY FROM THE HORRIBLE CLEAR COAT THEY APPLIED AND ITS COVERING MY ENTIRE VEHICLE!! 10/10 would not recommend. My insurance company has their office located in Bik's shop. I was reluctant to use them as I knew nothing about them, and was going to use my dealer to repair the collision damage to my auto. When they were unable to fit me in within a reasonable amount of time, I looked for reviews of Bik's to decide whether or not I wanted to wait on my dealer or use them. Much to my surprise the reviews (here and on Google), were outstanding, so I made the appointment for repair. Check in and check out went smoothly, and my car was ready in a week and half, with a snow day in that calculation. When I picked up my car, I couldn't have been more pleased. It looked brand new! The repair was done flawlessly and they cleaned my car inside and out, to the point that it looked like it was detailed.
