I brought my older mustang there for inspection a few months back expecting ridiculous repairs, though I know it didn't need anything as I do most of my own work. They were super honest and didn't try to fix things that were not in need of repair and gave it a clean bill of health. I brought in our Jeep for its annual inspection with the same results. That means a lot to know they won't try to rack up a crazy bill and will do an honest job. Will continue to use them for anything I may need. Super nice people there.

I had four tires put on, they have an excellent service package that goes along with that, rotations etc every oil change. Oil change price very reasonable. There were some minor repairs that they could have done but really didn't need to be done NOW, so they let me know that it needs to be taken care of sometime in the future without any sales pressure. After many calls and many lies from the sales staff, telling me everything was on the way, I had to hire an attorney to get involved to try to straighten this matter out. The staff would not take my calls on many occasions and I had repeatedly asked to speak to a manger but no one very returned my calls. The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. The employees there couldn't care less after the sale and the manger couldn't find the time to answer or even return a call to a customer. Buyer beware of this dealership.

I asked questions about the particular vehicle and he did not have the basic knowledge of parts under the hood. He tried to tell me that this vehicle didn't have many versions in AWD, which I knew was false. He assumed since I was a woman that I didn't have adequate knowledge on the vehicle. When I test drove the vehicle, I loved it, but they were not willing to fix something minor on it. I called another shop and was quoted how much it would cost to fix that particular problem. Nathan was not willing to go down on the price, even though there was an issue with the vehicle. He told me he would talk to the service department again and see if they could fix it.
