Buyer Beware Would give them zero stars. I bought a 2012 mustang from them in June 2024 and thought everything was good. I drove it home and waited 2 months for the tags and title. After many calls and many lies from the sales staff, telling me everything was on the way, I had to hire an attorney to get involved to try to straighten this matter out. The staff would not take my calls on many occasions and I had repeatedly asked to speak to a manger but no one very returned my calls. The few times I spoke to someone mostly thru text they lied and said tags and tiles were on their way. They even sent me false UPS shipping tracking numbers. At one point I was driving on an expired temp tag until finally receiving a second temp tag 3 weeks later. After having the lawyer involved and almost 5 months later I finally received the tags and title. The employees there couldn't care less after the sale and the manger couldn't find the time to answer or even return a call to a customer. Buyer beware of this dealership. read more

While out and about early this morning still in our pajamas with our three kids in tow, we had a leak we needed to get fixed. Warwick Autopark is on our way home and I have always heard great things. I called in and spoke to the service guy who said they could squeeze us in. We got there and my three kids were immediately enamored with the adorable border collie puppy. They welcomed us with open arms when we walked in. Keep in mind, none of us had gotten dressed for the day and we're all still in pajamas. My son is wearing one of my oversized t-shirts and my oldest daughter in mismatching shoes. We're a bit uncomfortable feeling like the Clampett's. They fixed our tire quickly and when it was all done the service manager brings me my key. When I try to had him my card he refuses and says "Merry Christmas". This place is one of the good ones. Who care more about long term customers than nickel and dime'ing for every penny. They're kind and honest. Something the world needs more of. Thank you all for brightening my day. Warwick Autopark is by far the the best place we've ever bought a vehicle from, or had our vehicles serviced. Jeff the service manager is knowledgable, and professional. Loaner cars are available too. If you choose to wait for your car, they have a comfortable waiting area with a play area for the kids. The service crew doesn't do anything half-assed or cut corners. The prices are fair, and they will explain to you what's wrong with your vehicle as well as a heads up of what may be an issue in the future. We have 3 different brand of vehicles now and they've always been able to fix them with no issues. They have the resources and the know-how to get the parts you need. We are very glad we bought our SUV from them a year and a half ago and learned that they serviced not only just their cars, but others as well. I bought an Audi S6 from Warwick Autopark, that had a clean car fax. After completing the transaction, I had taken the care to a local body shop to buff out a few scratches, only to find out the car had been in multiple accidents and had been put back together using aftermarket parts. Most of the entire car was repainted or touched up. Upon confronting my salesman, he claims he was unaware of the issue. He was going to tell the General Manager, so I awaited a phone call for a solution to this problem. Over a week has gone by with no phone call or any kind of communication. I have now liquidated the vehicle and I am without the car that I really wanted. This whole experience has cost me thousands of dollars in both money and time wasted. CAR WAS SOLD FROM UNDER *BUYER BEWARE* Last week I found a BMW 328i x-Drive sedan for sale at Warwick Autopark through a cars.com search. I was in the market for a manual car and not many were produced, so my search radius was much larger than my immediate area (Buffalo, NY). I called on the car and spoke to Ryan. He gave me the basic details and agreed to give me a loose appraisal on what would be my trade in. After a few days of discussing numbers, we came to an agreement. I insisted on leaving a deposit, but he told me that the dealership only took deposits for a 24hr window and not to worry if I "got the ball rolling"... I told him multiple times that I didn't want to run my credit, take off of work, and plan this trip out there without certainty, but he claimed that we had a "deal" and that there was nothing to worry about. Going off of his word, the following Monday I went ahead and took all of the necessary steps to purchasing the car. I got approved for an auto loan from my credit union and had them issue a check to Warwick. I set up a cancellation date for the insurance on my current vehicle and had my insurance company issue a temporary insurance card for the BMW. Then lastly, I took the day off of work and made plans to drive out to the dealership. The whole time I was communicating with Ryan via text. He told me who to issue the check to, what insurance documents I would need, etc. Everything was basically squared up and the only step left was acquiring the car... Fast forward to this morning (two days before I'm supposed to travel out to Lititz to pick up the car), I get a text from Ryan saying that the car sold... Less than 24 hours earlier he was telling me who to issue the check to and what documents I need from my insurance company! Yes, I didn't leave a deposit on the car, but you would think that when you're being told where to issue the check and what amount should be on it, that the car is locked down. Plus the fact that I insisted on leaving a deposit multiple times and was not to worry but to get the paperwork done. You would think that a dealership operated by a smaller sales staff would have more of a handle on their inventory. I say this because Ryan failed to mention that there was another perspective buyer. If I knew that I didn't have Ryan's word on the car, I wouldn't have wasted my time and resources. I read the reviews about this dealership before we started the negotiation process. Initially I felt good knowing that they weren't just another grimy used car dealer. After this process, I stand corrected. If you value your time and money, avoid Warwick Autopark. read more

I recently purchased a used Audi from Ryan at Warwick Autopark and as the mechanic was going over the car prior to delivering it to me, he heard an abnormal engine noise and brought it to the owner's attention. The owner told them not to let me take the car as it could be a serious issue and he wanted it fixed before I took possession of the vehicle. Turns out they will be spending 30 hours labor plus parts AT NO COST TO ME to repair the problem!! To top everything else, the owner is letting me use his personal Audi for the week that my car is in their shop being repaired!! This is beyond outstanding customer service and shows the utmost integrity of the owner and his staff. I will be buying all of my future vehicles from them!! read more

I always go to Warwick Autopark for my annual inspection and oil change. Whenever something comes up, I always trust that I will be charged a fair price. For example, when it came time for new tires, I did research online to find the best tires and prices, but Warwick's price was the same. Also, they don't try to charge for every little task they perform. I had a trailer hitch installed by a national chain, and ended up with vibrations on my tailpipes. The installer told me it was normal, but I had Warwick check it out during the annual inspection. The tailpipes were never put back on their hangers after the installation.
