The space is two floors a large dance floor and multiple rooms to set up your party, 2 bathrooms, and a VIP riser. This past weekend we did a surprise birthday, complete with open photobooth. Two weeks prior we had done a huge Halloween party (150+) people---the venue set up space for a fortune teller, face painter, large buffet, glow-in-the dark t-shirt section all at request of the client. Their solution was to use several small space heaters throughout which didn't do anything to warm up the rooms and only managed to continuously trip the circuits and shut out the lights. Also, do not use their in house catering. I wish I knew the name of the caterer they used because they would deserve a review of their own. The penne vodka was so spiciy you could not eat it. Normally the pasta would be one of the first things to go so you know it was really bad - it was barely touched. How do you screw up the pasta? Thankfully I had ordered a couple of extra trays of food because there would not have been enough food otherwise. Not sure how they calculate their food portions or maybe Mike just needs to review my food order with the caterer to see what was ordered vs what was delivered. Because definitely something is off. No complaints about the staff. They just couldn't overcompensate for the bad experience.

Their full-service approach meant we could actually relax instead of stressing about details, and the staff on our wedding day were attentive, thoughtful and kind. Having never hosted a large party before, we were initially drawn to Deity's full-service model and the option to hold the ceremony in-house. From our first inquiry, communication was consistently quick and professional and the price was more than fair for the services offered. We were particularly impressed by Caio, and his approach during our initial tour. He recognized that our daughter was shy about being the center of attention and suggested thoughtful ways to structure the ceremony and party to put her at ease. We truly appreciated how he included her in the conversation as an active participant in the planning process; it made a significant difference, and she left the tour feeling excited for her Bat Mitzvah for the first time. The day of the event was seamless. Our guests were greeted warmly by security and door staff, and every employee we encountered was polite and hardworking. The food was excellent and received numerous compliments throughout the afternoon. This is the best venue i have personally worked with, ever. Many of our guests made sure to let us know how much they loved the venue and appreciated the 5 star service. The company i work for hosted a full day conference here for under 100 attendees and the process could not have been easier with staff. Jaimie was great to work with and helped us to plan and prepare for our conference, ensuring we had everything from food needs to AV needs...etc. She was on location all day to make sure our event went smoothly as well. Their AV and IT staff are incredible as well. Part of that is due to the high tech AV equipment they have to ensure smooth transitions across all displays and the 4 dedicated tech professionals they had on our event day to help ease our worries. The tech guys sat through our dress rehearsals and got themselves familiar with our presentations. They even had extra laptops and tablets prepared should anything go wrong on our end. They also helped mic up our speakers in between panels that we had. I think what really stood out were the tiny details that the Apella team made sure to address as well; they matched the colors on the LED strips around the location to match our company's colors; staff made sure that guests with specific dietary needs were given their special plates immediately as food was served. Almost forgot to mention the gorgeous views. The venue itself is very modern looking with large ceiling to floor windows allowing for plenty of sunlight to come in. It made for great pictures during our reception. Definitely a one of a kind space. I cannot say enough positive things about this venue.
