RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems recently completed the rehabilitation of my Laguna Beach home's…read moreroof and I can, without any reservation, highly recommend David and his crew. Planning the project with David proceeded smoothly -he clearly specified the work necessary. I was highly impressed that when I asked about additional work, that David indicated my request was beyond the scope of the work his company specializes in. A pleasant surprise in a world where companies promise anything irrespective of their ability to deliver! For me, it was evidence of David's honesty and integrity. Our project proceeded within the timeframe that was promised. David's crew were polite and worked in a manner that would be least disruptive to those in house. After completing the job, the crew power washed the walkway and the driveway before they departed -on their own accord. Photos of the restored roof were sent to me and the work looks FANTASTIC! RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was recommended to me by my next-door neighbor who had them do his roof. My neighbor told me that about a year after his roof was done, he thought there might be a new leak and RoofTek was at his house within hours. After their inspection, RoofTek identified the problem and corrected it -NO COST as part of the 5-year warranty their product comes with. My experience with RoofTek & Waterproofing Systems was first rate! David and his crew make the process as painless as it gets. BTW, the cost of the work were reasonable and there were no 'hidden' adjustments to the original agreed upon estimate -what more could I ask for!

From the beginning, Foster was responsive, professional, and incredibly patient. He took the time to thoroughly evaluate our property, answered every question we had, and provided a detailed plan that gave us complete confidence in moving forward. Once the project began, Julio and his crew were exceptional. Julio was on site every day, kept us informed throughout the process, and his attention to detail was second to none. Early in the project, he even identified a previously unknown leak on our property that could have easily gone unnoticed and made sure it was addressed. What stood out most was the level of care the entire team put into their work. They weren't just completing a project. Jose came through said he wanted to do a water test for a nominal fee that would be applied to the total work. He did the test. In other words, if I had used any of the other contractors I would have paid over $10K and the leak would not have been repaired. I got the outlet sealed and the deck resealed and Westcoast's work was immaculate. They completed it punctually and even came back to put back all the furniture. Thank you! This review is long overdue, for which my apologies Ryan!…read more I hired 3G in late 2020 to do a fresh-pour sealed concrete overlay floor on top of the original slab in my single story house. I've had concrete floors done before and from our conversations it was obvious from the outset that Ryan is experienced and knowledgeable in this field. He gave me clear options and helpful recommendations and his prices were fair. The work was originally anticipated in the spring of 2021, but because the contractors working on the rest of the house kept missing deadlines, the floors couldn't get done until almost a year later than anticipated. Throughout that time, Ryan was extremely understanding and willing to repeatedly reschedule the appointments to avoid any delays on my project from his side. To say he is patient is an understatement. When the window for doing the work finally opened, Ryan's crew showed up as promised, on time, and stayed on the project until it was done, within the original time estimate. They were great to work with, easy-going, friendly, and very focused on ensuring that I was satisfied with the appearance before they applied sealant. They were clean and respectful of the overall work site. Thereafter, the main contractors caused some damage to the floor. Ryan kindly sent his guys out to do some repairs, and also to touch up a couple of small areas that had not been accessible when he did the original floors, because at the time they were covered by door thresholds or similar. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Not only do we love the appearance of the floors, but the sealant he uses is indeed pet proof which was of paramount importance to us with multiple dogs. The floors are 22 months old, and if any of the dogs has an accident, it simply sits on top of the sealant until cleaned and disinfected. It doesn't penetrate the floors. Exactly what we wanted. Exactly what he promised. It's no surprise to me that 3G has so many excellent reviews. I would not hesitate to use them again, and we definitely recommend them for anyone who wants quality work done.
