A huge thank you to George, the flooring manager. He was remarkably patient with us as we navigated our options. He took the time to explain the technical differences between various LVP products and walked us through the entire installation process so we knew exactly what to expect. What we appreciated most was his honesty. After the demo revealed the condition of our subfloor, George met me at the site to explain the necessary steps required to optimize the installation and ensure the longevity of our new floors. The installation team, led by Ignacio, was fantastic. They were very professional, friendly, and impressively fast without sacrificing any attention to detail. They also kept the workspace very clean. If you are looking for a team that is truthful, efficient, and delivers high-quality work, I highly recommend George and his crew!

I had him put in Garrison engineered wood flooring in two bedrooms to try to match my existing wood floors in common areas along with a baseshoe to cover the gap between the floor and baseboard. He was able to keep the floor flush in one bedroom, and added a transition for the second because the subfloor had poured concrete and was higher than the landing. They took such care in my home and were so respectful and efficient! They assisted with some installation questions I had and got right to work.
