Very Disappointed!!! We decided to take a break from cooking and order takeout from Tucci's during this virus lockdown. It was NOT a good decision. My friend placed the order by phone on Saturday afternoon at approximately 6:15pm. We ordered the cheese plate, spaghetti bolognese, gluten free chicken parm, and an aruglula salad. We were informed the order would be ready for pick up a 7:00pm. I arrived early at 6:50pm. I wasn't acknowledged by anyone for about seven minutes. Finally, a woman asked me for the name on the order. She went to check on it, came back, and told me it would be a few minutes. A man was behind the bar with his head down furiously handling payments. He handed me my check which was 60.00. I also tipped which I normally don't do for takeout unless the service is somehow extraordinary. The food finally came out at 7:25pm (The time on the ticket was 6:41pm). I checked the bags briefly to ensure everything was there. I noticed the spaghetti bolognese was actually rigatoni. He told me they were out of spaghetti. It would have been nice to have been asked if the substitution was okay (it was not), but I wasn't going to wait around for who knows how long while they prepared another dish. There was more pasta than sauce on both main courses. The "cheese plate" had more croutons than cheese. It should be called the "crouton plate" instead. My friend called to complain and was informed they would remake the bolognese dish with angel hair pasta and add more cheese. She made another trip back and forth. The additional cheese was all the same kind and terrible. The bolognese was completely bland and unimpressive. We thought (based on reviews) that this restaurant would be good. I don't know if I'm spoiled because I lived in Vegas where food is done right, but this restaurant has a long way to go. We also wanted to help a bit during this devastating time for so many people and businesses. We will have to choose another restaurant next time. read more

Tonight was my first visit here. I was expecting this place to be your typical fine dining with mediocre food and boy was I wrong. I had gotten the beef short ribs with whipped sweet potatoes and swiss chard & scallions. It was phenomenal the beef was tender & the kona reduction worked with the whole dish. My girlfriend got the chicken with angel hair and said it was phenomenal. We shared the pumpkin spice bread pudding for dessert. It was more like a cake, but was insanely good. Do not expect typical portions. Portions are how they should be ie meat is equal to your palm. We'll definitely be coming back. read more

Went here while staying in Dublin for the night. Good food and nice staff, that's for sure. I sat at the bar, since I was on my own. Seats were available inside with some wait for patio seating. The humus plate was delicious. Good portion, a little over priced, but still good. I ordered sangria for a drink. Good!!! Good selection of wine and if you have questions, someone on staff is available to answer anything you have questions on. For dinner, I had spaghetti bolognese. The 3 types of meat in the sauce was good, and you could definitely taste the flavors involved. I got the half size portion and I still took some home with me. Came for Sunday brunch with the whole family. It was excellent. Waffles are highly recommended. Service was great. Had a cute patio but weather was dreary when we were there. Just a note-- I think yelp has the wrong hours at least for Sunday. We ate about 10 am. Definitely check it out! read more

Went just for drinks with friends. The prices were typical but the taste was exceptional! I had the red sangria and a cranberry martini. Both were delicious!! Our waiter was very pleasant. The patio and live music was a nice touch. It wasn't overbearing or distracting, but offered a nice backdrop to the lovely set up. Can't wait to go back and try their food!! read more

Great, healthy food, a huge patio with live music almost every night of the week, an ENORMOUS wine list, and the indoors are very quaint & romantic. If you're a super wine expert, you can rent a wine locker here (not something I'd do, but cool, nonetheless). The Steak Salad is awesome, and I haven't had anything here I haven't liked, even on the apps list. The only downside is, the service can be a little slow, especially at night when they've got the live music going on. Otherwise, it would be a 5-star for me. Definitely check it out. I ordered the sesame walleye and it exceeded my expectation. And the little band (simple guitar plus vocal) in the patio was pretty cool. Tried my friend's sausage pasta, a bit salty but still tasty (remind the waiter/waitress if you prefer otherwise). Will come back again. read more

What a fantastic experience!!!! We were quickly greeted by a polite gentleman who seated us and explained a few things. Our waitress was Sarah and Morgan, who was training. They were a perfect match for our table. We had a person at the table who is vegan and Sarah was very helpful with all of the options! She was very knowledgeable and humored all of our questions. When I first walked into Tucci's, I immediately knew I was going to love it there. They greet you with nothing but smiles and welcoming voices. The ambiance is amazing. The scenery consists of a well-lit room, stunning walls and spacious areas. It's a great place to go to on a warm-weathered day because their patio is everything I never knew I needed. The food was exquisite, to say the least. The Italian Lasagna is the most amazing dish that any vegetarian has ever had. It might be my favorite dish ever. My husband and I were looking for someplace new to try for date night and Tucci was recommended by one of his coworkers. All we can say is WOW, the place has a great location in downtown Dublin, it is very welcoming and intimate. All of the staff were outstanding and very welcoming. We had Jessica as our hostess and she was by far amazing; very attentive, suggested selections, and gave impeccable service throughout the entire meal. She even gave us a little history on the restaurant and how long it had been opened she was amazing. The food was absolutely spectacular and we left very full and happy. It's great to see the restaurant is open and vibrant during these trying times. FYI, if you don't know, due to CDC regulation no table bread is allowed. So temper your carb expectations. The food quality was good as usual. They haven't skipped a beat. The first item to come out was the calamari, perfectly fried with a great abundance of sauce to dip it in. The ratio of sauce to calamari heavily favored the sauce which is a shame because I could have used the table bread to wipe up the rest of the delicious sauce. Anyways, next came the salmon. A medley of Asian veggies on a bed of rice with a ponzu sauce that cut through the decadent umami flavors. My only gripe was that after this great main course my palet was left a little brine-y that some fluffy, glutenous sourdough loaf would have soaked up. Lastly was the dessert, the deconstructed banana pudding pie. The highlight of the meal. A beautiful dance of whipped cream, banana, and crumbly bits. I highly recommend it. This fantastic restaurant is serving its community and providing us a sliver lining of normalcy and happiness. If you are out braving this current concerning landscape of modern life, support these kind folks. You will not be disappointed. Unless you really want table bread. Wonderful spot. They have a great brunch and excellent salads. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because they could change the menu more often. The patio in the summer is simply the best! Service has always been good and their on staff sommelier is a wonderful, and very knowledgeable gentleman. Many, many wonderful wines to chose from. Their wine list is impressive and wine of the month club their is well worth asking about. Their food is always tastefully prepared and I have never had anything bad there. Went there for date night, no reservation but had a table at 7pm on a Friday night. Drink service was a bit slow but they made up for that with some aggressive pours. Food was wonderful. The two highlights were the clam chowder which was unlike any I have had before. Had a bit of heat to it which really set it apart. The walleye mean was fantastic! Fish was cooked to perfection and the ginger butter sauce was amazing. Could have made a meal just out of the shrimp ceviche that was on the plate. All in all, nice place for a date. Looking forward to warmer weather and checking out the patio. Parking gets cramped in downtown Dublin. There is a valet for $2 but you will have to be patient with slow service. read more

We are proud to call ourselves regulars! This is just one of the best restaurants around. The ambience is warm and welcoming and so is the staff. And whether it's for lunch or dinner our experience is always excellent. The menu is creative and the service is spot on. And even though The building has been around a while they are still able to accommodate me and my wheelchair. Mediocre at best. My wife and I agreed the wine and the bread were the best part about this place. Lobster bisque - horrible. Tasted like a paste. Tomato soup - good Walleye with civache - the rice tasted like it was made by someone that never made rice before. It was mushy and overcooked. The ceviche was a total joke. Frozen whole pieces of small shrimp mixed with some veggies. I am pretty certain the chef never tried ceviche before. Steak - mediocre Mushrooms on top of the steak - did they come out of a can? Fantastic. Visited Columbus area for long weekend and Tucci was my favorite restaurant in the area. Wonderful service, our server was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested a fantastic wine to accompany the tuna entree, which was nothing short of extraordinary- the tuna is flown in daily from Hawaii and you can tell be its fresh flavor but it was also prepared and plated very well, compliments to the chef! They had a special Valentine's day menu with a choice of several different courses ...our dinners were around $50 per person. The atmosphere was very romantic and the service was great. We both got filets and they were cooked perfectly. I only gave four stars because I felt it was slightly over priced. We will definitely be back for more special occasion meals. read more

This is a wonderful place for a delicious casual meal and/or get together. It can be as fancy as you want it to be. Today, we celebrated my daughter's 20th birthday on the covered, beautiful patio and had the honor of having Sullivan as our waiter. What a gentleman. We were very surprised and disappointed in our overall experience. We used to live near there and went frequently. I think they've really gone downhill in the last two years and it doesn't appear that they can keep up with the competition from the new restaurants that have opened as a result of the development across the River. They are charging fine dining prices for mid-range food. The food was always pricey, but it was on par with the experience. That is no longer the case. The top issue we had was the food quality/price ratio. Let me preface with stating we now live in New York and dine out in fine food establishments at least once per week. Two people ordered the fish special which was a red snapper with kale and served on risotto. They didn't tell the price, but our expectation was that it would be about $26. When we got the bill, it was $38!!! Seriously. It wasn't even good. In fact, it was horrible. It was like a dried-up piece of cheap snapper from a microwave bag and the risotto was chunky. That was higher than their small filet mignon and about $12 higher than their other fish dishes. Although we did not complain about the food or anything, after paying the bill, I mentioned to the waiter that he should tell the owner that the price on the fish was way too high for what was served. He got so angry and immediately snapped at me and addressed me like a child and said "I asked you if it was good and you said yes. If you had a problem, you should have said so. That's why I asked." I was blown away. We were not asking for them to take it off the bill. We had already paid. I told him that it was actually horrible and the other person at the table concurred. We then left. As for ambiance, in the bathroom, it used to be really nice. Now, it's like a gas station. They had a 2-foot tall Listerine and 2-foot soap on the counter in original packaging. For goodness sake,at the prices they are charging, I think they can buy some containers. read more

Nice outdoor atmosphere with live music. We are inside because it was a little chilly for outdoor eating that evening. Inside was dark and intimate, with excellent service. We were seated next to the kitchen which was a little awkward as we were being served - I wonder why we didn't warrant better seating when inside was nearly empty...?
