    Yummy shrimp!

Good Solid Steak that was flavorful. Don't let the char of the steak of the pictures fool you it was the PERFECT MEDIUM. Mac and Cheese was soulful. Parmesan crusted fries were off the chain. Shrimp was a homerun and the cocktail was fabulous. Customer service was stellar. Only drawback is like where it's located as to try to pull up in there is odd and wonky and a lot of traffic for some reason. Like you'll assume you pulled into their parking lot but technically you'll be in some sort of strip mall parking lot with a Starbucks instead. Any who I can't speak to any other locations but this location is IMMACULATE on all levels!

First time here . Took my son and daughter in law here for dinner .very nice inside . We got the cheddar stuffed mushrooms and they were really good . My son and I got steak and was very tender and large, we both ended up taking some home . My daughter in law got the salmon which she said was delicious. Our server , Jessica was very attentive and helpful . The food was great and we will be back

We have been to this place few times and the food and the customer service has always been consistent for us. It's always great. Every time we went our servers have always been knowledgeable about the menu and took their time to explain it. On our last visit, we ordered the stuffed mushroom for the table for appetizer. It was a good size to share with everyone. The dish was very flavorful. For entrée I had the sirloin steak, which was cooked perfectly to my liking. We also ordered the parmesan chicken, which was great too. For the price of the food, the quality and quantity are great. Definitely recommend this place.

Visited LongHorn Steakhouse last night, Its one of those restaurants that We always pass but never stop in so We made the effort to stop in and try it out. We weren't going to get a meal just some appetizers so at the bar We sat. It took a while for the bar staff to acknowledge us but as we were checking out the menu it wasn't really an issue. We ordered wings and salad. You cant help but notice that the place feel's dated and in need of an update. Food OK service so- so not sure if we will revisit just no my type of place.

You know your restaurants food kicks but when you don't have to put pictures in the menu. I had a 8 oz steak with shrimp it was amazing. I have no idea what the price was and don't care. Everyone was pleasant in a restaurant the fixtures and the restaurant for amazing. I got set quickly and the food was sent out quickly I don't have any bad things to say about my experience, other than I'll definitely be back.

Longhorn is one of those places where the food is always consistent and going in, you know what to expect. It is one of the better steakhouse chains, and the value is pretty hard to beat. On our last trip to this location, we not only were treated to some nicely cooked dishes, but also some excellent service by our server Lollah. She went over the menu in great details, provided us updates on the food, and checked in very frequently to ensure that our drinks were full and the empty plates were taken away. Servers at some of the better-known restaurants in town do not even provide this level of service. The food itself was excellent - there was complimentary bread, but we still ordered the stuffed mushroom appetizer which was a pretty good portion size to share around the table. The steaks (2 of us ordered the sirloin) were cooked perfectly, and the parmesan chicken, although a bit on the salty side, was also tasty. The restaurant also has several good options from the children's menu. The drinks menu is better than most other restaurants, and we all thought that the peach tea was excellent for a warm day. All in all, this is an excellent option for a good steak meal without having to break the bank.

Special menu for special pricing but unfortunately no steak options and this is what we came for. We ordered off regular menu as have previously done but menu was not bad if looking for something other than steak! Started out with few cocktails which were fancy and tasty. I eventually had full flavored cab that was smooth yet pricy for the 9oz pour for $28. Ouch but we were celebrating. Had shrimp cocktail to start along with 2 rounds of their dinner rolls with butter. Nice salty butter was perfect with the hot rolls. Large shrimp 6 total so great to share. All 3 of us chose filets cooked med rare plus which was perfect! Nice hot red center. We knew this from previous visit but you can add this butter to it that is delicious. So yummy you wanna lick just the butter! Indy has many steakhouses and this place rates as one of the top steaks I have ever had. This is why we splurge yearly and keep Coming back. Steaks come with Tavern salads which were actually nice size and quite good with blue cheese crumbles. Side is also included. We chose loaded baked potato, creamed spinach and corn. This is where maybe they could better. Not super hot as came out so maybe pre plated. Since it was my son's 24 th birthday celebration he got a free dessert and the crème brûlée was "chef's kiss". One of the best of it also! Had a small chocolate on top that melted into the dessert! Other than the bill at the end which we already knew was going be what it was it was a perfect dinner out. We were seated at same booth and had same waiter as last year which was lovely. He was very attentive but not overly and paced the meal perfectly like any fine dining waiter should. There is a great bar area also which I have sat at with friend from this area. They have regular seats at the bar! Parking is close in garage that the places in downtown Dublin stamp the validation so free.

While there were a few minor service issues, our server was kind and attentive and acknowledged the celebration with complimentary desserts, which we truly appreciated. After dinner, my cousin and I went to wash our hands and use the restroom. At the time, all stalls were occupied and one was out of service, so we waited. When a stall opened, my cousin kindly let me go first. I finished and stood outside the stalls waiting for her for about three minutes. During that time, I noticed several people going in and out of the restroom area. I also saw a man sitting in a chair along the hallway wall near the stalls, hunched over. Shortly after, a woman exited the restroom and grabbed him to leave. I thought nothing of it and minded my own business. I also observed the executive chef enter one of the restroom stalls. When my cousin exited, she mentioned that the stall smelled strongly of smoke and that three girls had exited the stall before she entered. She said the stall smelled like marijuana but used it only because it was the only option available. She also pointed out that the man sitting outside appeared to be associated with the group who had been in the stall. We then returned to our patio table where our family was seated. Our server brought out her birthday pie along with another complimentary dessert. She blew out the candle, we shared dessert, and we began preparing to leave. A few minutes later, while we were still seated on the patio, the general manager, Nick Krafft, approached our table accompanied by Executive Chef Michael Wagner. We initially assumed he was checking in on our experience. Instead, he immediately stated, "I'm going to have to ask you not to smoke in our restaurant and bathroom," directing the accusation at my cousin and me. We were completely taken aback by both the accusation and the manner in which it was delivered. We calmly explained that it was not us and described exactly what we had observed in the restroom. We stated that neither of us smoke and never have. We even offered to have our belongings checked and explained that we had not taken any jackets or purses with us to the restroom, as our family remained at the table. Despite this, the general manager refused to listen or consider our explanation and continued to place blame on us. He did not speak to our server, who had interacted with us just moments earlier while bringing out the birthday dessert, nor did he attempt to investigate further or de-escalate the situation. As we were leaving, my fiancé asked the general manager if he actually smelled smoke on either of us. He responded "yes," which was not true, and continued to push a conclusion he had already formed. No apology was offered. We spent over $1,000 celebrating a family birthday at a restaurant we had trusted and enjoyed in the past. Instead, the evening ended with my cousin's birthday being overshadowed by an unfounded accusation. There were many guests dining that evening, yet blame was placed solely on two women who had simply used the restroom. I am a Nurse Practitioner, and my cousin is a special education teacher for autistic children. Neither of us have ever smoked. Being accused in this manner was humiliating, hurtful, and completely unnecessary. I was later contacted by the regional manager, who was understanding. However, I believe this situation highlights the need for better investigation, accountability, and staff training to prevent similar experiences in the future. A personal apology from Nick, acknowledging his actions and taking accountability, would be an appropriate step forward after innocent guests were wrongly blamed and a birthday celebration was ruined.

Now fast forward, Dad lives in Powell and we found a second reason to return this time in the dining room with Chris as our server. I forgot how wonderful HP-Dublin is and we'll be back for the reasons shared below. My father is 82 and extremely particular. Why I LOVED having Chris as our server so much was how very on point he was from start to finish: he staggered our experience in a timely fashion, he was very clear in his communication and that was SO IMPORTANT to my father who does have hearing aids and at times, it can be challenging for him yet he never had to ask Chris to repeat himself even once. I have never had that experience with him when we are out for fine dining. The food was incredible. The service - back to Chris - was impeccable. Not even halfway through our HP-Dublin experience, my Dad said to me, "I like Chris a lot." Dad is retired FBI and let's face it - he can find fault with anything. He is pretty critical and very rarely is he ever impressed. Last night for dinner he was and that was super helpful for me and my husband as we always want Dad to be happy when dining out. Please thank Chris for us as it was a lovely dinner and we'll totally be back.

It's located in a busy, very popular area, and on a nice evening the atmosphere is hard to beat. Families, couples, and food lovers stroll through the charming Old Town Dublin streets. After dinner, it's common to wander across the bridge to Bridge Park or join the long (but worth-it) line for ice cream. Honestly, don't stress about the wait--where else do you have to be? Just relax and enjoy the night. Walking in was a "wow" moment. The sunken dining room has a beautiful, garden-like feel that immediately draws you in. I loved the ambiance right away, and we were greeted warmly as soon as we arrived. One small surprise--I expected to be hit with those rich Italian cooking aromas, but didn't notice much coming from the kitchen. For dinner, we ordered the rosemary focaccia with truffle butter, sausage and shrimp rigatoni, chicken fettuccine alla vodka, a Caesar salad, and a house salad. The focaccia was a hit across the table. My friends both ordered the fettuccine and really enjoyed it--I tried it as well and agree it was the standout dish. Unfortunately, my Caesar salad and the sausage and shrimp pasta fell flat. Both lacked flavor and were disappointing. I did try the house salad, though, and its dressing was excellent. So it seems like I may have just missed on my menu choices. Service, however, was the biggest issue of the night. The restaurant was not busy, but our waitress seemed to lack attention to our table. We often found ourselves looking around trying to track her down. When she did stop by, she would leave quickly without checking if we needed anything, and we had to call her back multiple times just to place orders or ask for help. She was friendly, but the service felt inattentive throughout the evening. Overall, we loved the atmosphere and the vibe, but I don't see me coming back any time soon for the food.
