The salon itself is spacious, beautiful and new. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. My nail tech Joy, lived up to her name. She was pleasant, polite and respectful. She honored my request not to cut my cuticles but instead pushed them back. The last place I went in Westfield did not listen and made me bleed which is why I wanted to try somewhere new. The standard pedicure (not gel) has lasted for weeks and still looks pretty nice! Prices are reasonable. I'm not sure why they don't have better reviews. I had a wonderful experience and will return based on my first visit.

The manicure was very clean and precise, and the nail polish application was absolutely perfect. You can really tell he pays attention to every detail. I decided to say to heck with it and just get everything redone. $60+ later, I get home Wednesday evening and noticed my left thumb was already cracked. -Saturday 2/28 - went back at 6:15pm to repair( they close at 7 according to online and their door signs) doors were locked. - Saturday 3/7 - (they're closed sundays and I work during the week), I called to get my thumb nail repaired from my 2/26 visit. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically. Keep in mind, I am not doing any hard labor etc. the tap gel x is supposed to last several weeks so it's frustrating that I've had to go back 4x in a single month with the amount of $ spent. I called as a last minute appointment for a full set and they said they could take me in 30 minutes. I came in, everyone was so kind! When starting the full set, the gentleman put the entire tip on my nail, added acrylic and then cut them after. This is when I knew things weren't going to turn out as expected. He kept asking about the shape, and I told him it looked okay- he was very kind regarding what I wanted. I can only ask for them to be narrow and straight so many times Overall, these are the thickest nail I've ever gotten. Theres no arch to them, as there should be when you're getting nails done. Despite him checking, both middle fingers are different shapes and sizes. Unfortunately this is $60 and over an hour I should've spent at another nail salon.
