I have a high pain tolerance and was willing to let it go but it was far from a relaxing mani/pedi My manicure was abysmal...I asked for fingertip length and a square shape with the corners rounded and basically got some sort of extremely short coffin/almond shape. She flashed me the first hand and asked if it was ok but it was too late to adjust since my nail shape was already ruined and I didn't want them any shorter. They had a sign on the door that said they were looking to hire, so they seemed very aware of the fact that customers were waiting and they were doing their best. I wanted to call first to make sure someone would be available and avoid last weeks' situation. No answer. Called 3x periodically.
