EXCEPT they do not answer the phone, email, or any social media post. I even went to the Australian site, and still no answer. Furthermore, the Chinese website you can get from the link on their page, supposedly to order replacement parts, is an unsecured site and is reported as fake and a scam, including by Norton 360. I have repeatedly tried to contact them over the past three months to resolve this issue and never got a callback or an answer. I suggest steering as far away from these people as possible. Even if their products are decent or good, their customer service and support are dreadful. Oh, and good luck finding replacement parts anywhere else. Nobody, and I mean nobody, carries them. So, if you are stuck like me, you will have to do some heavy modifications to convert connections and other non-durable items to another standard.

They picked up my vehicle from storage, thoroughly inspected all systems, repaired, replaced (only as needed) and returned vehicle. to storage.
