From the initial consultation to the final touches, the team demonstrated a high level of professionalism and respect for our property. Casey had great communication, keeping us updated with the days and times that trades were coming, and they showed up when they were supposed to. The crews were not only courteous but also remarkably efficient. They completed the job in a timely manner, allowing us to enjoy our beautiful pool sooner than we expected. The quality of the resurfacing work is commendable, and it has truly revitalized the appearance of our pool. We did encounter some issues with the tile work which the team was quick to address and resolve. The lack of instruction on the new equipment installed was a bit of a drawback. We would have appreciated someone with knowledge of the equipment to go over the system once it was complete, as we had a few issues that took several attempts to get corrected. They would have also noticed the amount of air in the system and helped to resolve the issue that we are now having to address. While we appreciated Caseys' help in resolving the known issue we feel it would have been best addressed from the start. Overall, Casey and Matt are a delight to work with and provided us with a beautifully renewed pool & spa. Oasis of the Valley Pools & Spas provided quick turnaround and great communication at a competitve price and we highly recommend them for your pool redo.

I am one that prefers to be onsite when I have someone coming to fix something but I didn't really have a choice since we had new guests coming in that afternoon. Within 20 min of giving the address Stephen was able to locate the problem and sent pictures of what was wrong. After fixing it he checked a few other things and filled it back up and sent over pictures of the finished job. He charged me for the flat service fee that was quoted and was on his way. I felt so relieved it was all taken care of and by the time our guests arrived they had a nice hot spa waiting for them.
