The sandwich I received had dry, overly sweet bread that didn't pair well with the ingredients. It just didn't feel fresh or thoughtfully prepared. On top of that the bread is small and I'm still hungry. If they want to improve, they need to: * Make sure staff (especially ownership) are knowledgeable about their own menu * Keep key ingredients like avocado in stock * Improve the quality and freshness of the bread, especially for plant-based orders where the bread plays such a big role in the overall flavor The food should speak for itself, and right now, it's not saying much.
