When the ceviche arrived, it was literally just shrimp sitting in plain water with no vegetables or seasoning. it was inedible so we decided to order something else . Our server just asked why and it was taken away I ordered 2 enchiladas de mole con camarón and clearly told the server "2" multiple times, even holding up two fingers. After waiting 30-40 minutes, the food arrived cold and she brought 3 enchiladas instead of 2. When the check came, I was charged for the untouched ceviche, the extra enchilada I never ordered. When I questioned the charges, she said she couldn't remove the ceviche because "the system wouldn't let her." and she said she heard 3 instead of 2 with a background in the food industry and knowing how it works i understand how incorrect orders can actually be fixed we still decided not to argue and pay it full but due to everything we left no tip. My bill was $71.32. the next day, I got a notification from my bank that a $50 tip had been added to my card without my authorization, bringing my total to $122.32. I called the restaurant, and they told me they could only refund me in cash. Since I live an hour away, I drove back to request a full refund. After waiting 15-20 minutes to speak with a manager, I was told the manager wasn't even there and would not be coming. They refused to give me a full refund and only refunded the ceviche, the enchiladas, and the unauthorized $50 tip, totaling $91. due to the poor food, poor service, stolen tip, and the way management handled the situation, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I've had.

We decided to split a simple 16oz latte with coconut milk, which took some time to order, between the lady taking our order wearing a mask and my Dad being unable to hear her because of the mask. Out order was simple enough, but when we rolled up to the window, I knew what was our fate---THE AWKWARD SMALL TALK! I honestly feel so sorry for the employees who are "forced" to do so, only because customers like us can be extremely awkward. Somehow a question about our plans for the day turned into us hearing about the employee's major golf accident, lol.
