Driven past this place numerous times and was always curious about it. I finally stopped in today and thought it was a great place to stop and have lunch. The menu is great and my lunch was delicious. Also I have to mention the associate who took our order Jalen. He was friendly, knew the menu and kept a smile on his face the whole time we were there. Just a pleasant, nice kid and it was a great experience dealing with him. We will definitely be back to Chicken Salad Chick cause we liked everything about it. read more

This place "had" become a local favorite for my wife and I. I work from home a few days a week and it seems inevitable that we hit this place up. The people are always really friendly, the restaurant is clean, and the prices are reasonable. The past two months however something is off. We've noticed there are always fruit flies in the place. The chicken salad sandwiches have also been too salty. Coming from a guy that loves seasoning... that's saying something. If they can get the fruit flies under control, and fix whatever issue they're having with the saltiness of the food, I'll update my review to 4 stars. As it is however they're 3 star worthy, no better. read more

First off, very sorry I don't have pictures, so here's my story! Highly recommend you visit this, any, Chicken Salad Chick! I dropped in one day on a whim and I was hungry , told the very nice employee that this was my first time in, she took the time to explain the entire menu items to me, which I thought amazing and I Thanked her, very thoughtful, at least I thought! So I chose the Dixie Chick Sandwich, it has onions mixed in it, on croissant with all the fixings, Chicken Tortilla soup as my side, again, amazing and the cookie that's part of my meal, heavenly for I do have a sweet tooth! I highly recommend you stop by if you love or even just like Chicken Salad, you will be highly satisfied! I've e been back 4 times in 2 weeks, no judgement please..! Horrible service. Today I ordered online and was given a time for pickup. I arrived 20 minutes later and was told there were several orders in front of mine (there were a lot of people waiting on orders). At 30 minutes I asked again and was told it would be ANOTHER 30 minutes. This, for a sandwich using pre-made chicken salad. The manager (I'm guessing) said she didn't think it would be that long. She gave me a drink cup and offered something to drink. I explained we didn't yet have the drinks we paid for as the machines were empty. She said she would take care of that. Another 20 minutes and my order is finally ready. I gave the cup back and said you still don't have lemonade, tea, etc. I was told "we're working on it". Granted, they were busy. But last week it was almost the exact same story, except only 3 people on front of me. Waited over 30 minutes that time..... This place is not new. They should not be so woefully understaffed!!! read more

I tried out Chicken Salad Chick for the first time at the opening of the Birnham Woods location. They had a chicken salad for a year giveaway for the first 100 customers and we were number 104 before 8AM. Bummer. I still showed back up to pick up take out lunch. I ordered a scoop of Dillicious Diva (dill and cucumber) and broccoli salad for me, a scoop of Dixie Chick (onions) for my daughter and the Sassy Scottie (bacon ranch and cheddar) croissant and Mac n cheese for my husband. All meals came with crackers and a small soft iced sugar cookie. Everything was delicious but we were all still left hungry. Mine and my husbands were $7.99 and the single scoop for my daughter was $4.99. I really thought the scoops and sides would be a bit bigger. You can make the meals a trio for just $2 more which I will need to do next time. That would include an extra scoop or side. read more

Soooo good! I had the chick meal with the carol and it was perfect! My husband loved it and my 5 year old enjoyed the Mac and cheese and fresh fruit. They have 13 different flavors of chicken salad so I'm just going to work my way down the menu. I can't wait to try the pimento cheese sandwich. I'm so grateful that there is a new option near our house besides another pizza place! Also the restaurant itself is really beautiful. The day I visited, they had a party for about 30 senior citizens that were celebrating a birthday. Every good restaurant does something slightly different to set them apart. Here at dinner, they give you a dinner roll slathered in melted honey butter and rosemary. The roll itself seemed to be made from frozen dough, but the tasty butter made it edible. I ordered the chicken club and kept the fries as my side. As far as presentation, I'd give it a C. The fries are frozen breaded fries. The sandwich tasted better than it looked thankfully. Service was good throughout my time here. Overall, the meal was good enough and I will be coming back to try other options.

I was so full from the gyro that I only ate one of the potatoes but didn't think it was very lemony at all. Customer service was excellent the entire time and they will even come to your table and take your plate away as if they are full service, which they aren't . I also ordered a slice of coconut cream pie, or at least that's what they said it was. It had no cream in it and appeared to be a coconut custard pie not that different than the one I make at home. It was delicious as well.

The food here absolutely never disappoints! There's a really wide selection that caters to all different pallets, which is great when I'm in the mood for something new. Speaking of which, something I especially enjoy is their white chocolate cake. The staff here are always excellent as well. Very kind, attentive, and articulate any time I need help choosing what I would like. And don't even get me started on the restaurant itself. My go-to flavor is Jalapeño-Holly, but all the other flavors I've tasted have been fantastic. Please try your sandwich on either the croissant or the white bread. Overall the restaurant is pretty decent sized and has a large seating area inside as well as some tables outside. The employees here are also super friendly and always answer any questions I've had. There is also plenty of parking at this location. I do have to say this location tends to get super busy during the weekend so I highly recommend online ordering for easy pickup!!
