Breakfast. Been here a few times now. The bowls are just terrible. The granola is one half of a barely broken up Nature's Valley Granola bar. The pineapple is canned and has the texture of something you would feed a baby. The base in the mama and açaí bowls are frozen blocks of ice you have to chip through. Bowls are small and composed of 90% frozen base. I think the strawberries are at least a fresher fruit as a positive. Smoothies taste like flavored ice, so probably use a way too much ice instead of ingredients when making. Not a whole lot of options in PVB, but I can't continue to spend my money here. read more

They then proceeded to hand me my salad, which had no dressing. So I sat at the window for about 5 minutes patiently waiting for someone to come back. After waiting, I had to honk once and still no one came. Then I backed up to the spot I ordered, and told the guy I didn't get any dressing.. and he then proceeded to tell me it doesn't come with any salad dressing huh? A salad that doesn't come with dressing? I then told him that on the menu it clearly states it comes with a specific dressing and then he was like.. oh right I see it. And then told me they are out of that salad dressing.. so I just got a different one and called it a day and left. Working my way through the menu, one smoothie at a time. I've tried the Island Green (full of kale & spinach), for a sweet treat I love the Mocha Madness. I haven't met a smoothie I didn't like. You can add in a variety of supplements to your choice of smoothie to take it to that next level. The wraps are surprisingly substantial and pack a lot of flavor. While they do offer combo meals, it's quite a lot to digest. Don't go in thinking it will not fill you up, because you'll be surprised. No matter which location, I always know what to expect, although this location can be a bit slow at times. I love Tropical Smoothie, however this location is slacking. I went through the drive thru a couple Of weeks ago, thinking it would be faster. Boy... Was I wrong. I sat there for around 2o mins with only 2 cars ahead of me. I had ordered 1 regular smoothie and 1 kid size. When we finally got to the window our smoothies were already melting and half liquid. I buy from this location almost 3 times a week, and at first I had no problems with my orders. As of the past few weeks, any time I order I have to check the food as soon as it's delivered because 8 times out of 10 it's the WRONG order. I don't know how they're able to mess this up so often and give people the wrong food, especially when everything on the menu is pretty pricey. I have food allergies and this should be taken way more seriously considering I was given someone else's smoothie with an ingredient that I am allergic to in it. Been feeling a little jiggly so I thought I could replace my lunch with a smoothie whether it be naturally sweetened with ginger or substituted with Splenda. got a smoothie every day for 5 days in a row and every time the employees have been very courteous. when I call in an order it's ready within 5 to 10 minutes for me to pick up. The smoothies are delicious and as far as the high carb count of course that makes sense because if you look at the sugars that are naturally found in all fruits that's going to equate to high carbs. #lovingmysmoothies read more

Went for lunch there today and observed the following: Refilling the ice in the soda machine they drag a chair over from the customer tables and stand on it. Then they put the chair back without wiping down the seat. To fill the machine they take the top off and lean it up against a filthy garbage pail, empty the ice into the machine and put the top back on. Employee comes up front to the cash register and proceeds to undo his long pony tail hair and then redo it, while touching his face all over....is he making my food???? If I could give negative stars I would. Our office ordered lunch online. 4 orders, paid online, printed our orders, and gave them to an associate to pick up. He stood there for 45 minutes because the orders were not made. Then when we called to talk to them. The first time a lady hung up on us, then the manager tried to say our associate had only arrived 10 minutes ago, on the third call we were told he used the wrong terminology calling them "call in" orders. This is the worst service ever and all we wanted was an apology. Love this chain but not sure I can contribute to this locations profits anymore. $10 for this experience is ridiculous!!! read more

The restaurant is staffed with very inexperienced staff and seemingly no one in charge. I am extremely disappointed in Tropical Smoothie's unprofessionalism and inability to cater to the consumer's request. We gave them a rather lengthy order in advance, however it was very well-organized and clear. We are a sports team on a 3-hour trip, and we had to grab the smoothies and wraps (we each ordered one of each) and take them to go on the bus. It is evident that the company took advantage of this very quick transaction because they messed up everything. It seems as though we have the wrong order, but I am in utter shock and disbelief. After a quick breakfast in the morning, I had been looking forward to this lunch for hours--all of us were. However, they gave us all sandwiches (the worst kind too) instead of the wraps we ordered based on our dietary needs, and all of the smoothies are wrong. Whether they gave us the wrong items or not, I am now left with food inedible to some of my teammates and me in exchange for our money. Plus, the chips (one of the only things I could eat) had a slice through the bag, and I cannot even imagine what was in there because of it. We all have to do exercise in less than two hours, most of us now on empty stomachs, and cannot eat again until dinner because we spent our lunch money on this and do not have the time to stop anywhere else. Do not trust Tropical Smoothie--it does not care enough to consider what is best for its paying customers, especially when it comes to their health (I think I will faint this afternoon, all thanks to their horrid and disgusting mistakes). read more

Why ?!! The simple question is how you can get away with stating publicly (doors and website) that your store is OPEN at 7am during the week when half the time it clearly is NOT! I am a teacher in the area, valid costumer, but yet I am getting really OVER wasting my time to stand outside your establishment that's not open when it SHOULD be half the time. You just never know! One day you walk in 7am, OPEN- the next day 7:15am and your doors are locked and lights are OFF. I wish I could just show up to my job whenever I felt like it too. What a terrible replication of consistency, and a slap in the face to your committed costumers in the area. If you are the owner or manager you should be embarrassed and quite frankly you should look into another career allowing this to happen! On another note, this is FALSE advertising maybe change your hours to "7ISH."
