Great location for me. This is a typical Panera. The setup is a bit different compared to other Panera's I've been to, in that the fresh baked items are not extensively displayed. However, there's plenty of seating options with high-tops, booths, and low tables inside and on the patio. I love the drive through feature, if you food takes a while to make, you just park and they bring it to you. Never too busy. Always great service and clean. read more

It's really open inside and there's a lot of natural lighting, and in the food that I wanted to eat, the most; I actually got that exact food ordered "hit the spot" so to say. I was helped by Gayle, and as we were adding items to the order, she reminded me that and when you add things onto your meal that you get bundle deals, and I wasn't expecting anything like that and so it's more than just food was also good to order and talk about the food and stuff like that. MJ and I left the beach and sunrise behind us and ventured off for breakfast! My fav from Panera is the spinach-bacon soufflé! While they were out- there was a fresh batch in the oven! Estimated time to wait- 4 minutes, yes please! We ate in- I grabbed my prickly-pear hibiscus tea and enjoyed the quiet of being there early. MJ got a fruit cup and some baked good nibbles and iced tea as well. My soufflé was delivered to my table and I cut a huge chunk out to let it cool- I know better than to burn my mouth with that hot cheesy-egg deliciousness. A few moments later I dove in and my happy face inspired MJ to steal a bite too- she was with me! Perfect serving size and a good carb + protein breakfast to help me get started on an adventure day. It's an average Panera in a good location. We have visited this location many times over the years (usually to get soup when we are feeling under the weather). Food is always predictable with efficient delivery even if it's a little bit corporate and soulless. This was our first time getting breakfast at a Panera and while it was palatable the experience was a little underwhelming. Understand ably, they are missing many things due to the recent covid pandemic but maybe update the menu or provide the options up front? We must have asked for 5 different things that we were told "we don't have that right now" even though it's on the menu. For example, when I got my breakfast sandwich I was asked "how would you like your egg, scrambled?". When I said, "can I have it over easy?" (Which is in the menu) I was told we don't have cracked eggs scrambled is the only option. Maybe don't ask if there aren't any other options. Same with ordering bagels. "Can we get Cinnamon?" "No, our selection is limited." With no follow up. Maybe let us know what you do have in stock? Was also a little concerned with how dirty the restaurant was with the supposed increased cleaning. Just some observations. Nothing about the experience would keep us from coming back. read more

It takes a rare talent to put together made-to-order sandwiches and salads using only fresh ingredients yet have them look and taste like they'd been sitting in a gas station cooler for a week. Constantly disappointed by the quality and taste here. How a bread company can make fresh sandwich bread with an impossibly chewy crust baffles the brain. First Visit to the new Panera Bread location in Ponte Vedra. It is a brand new building and is very nicely laid out. They have lots of places for people to sit in several different comfortable areas. The menu is pretty much everything that you expect from Panera Bread. I sure wish they had GF options! They always execute very well. They have a really nice display of their available pastries and artisan breads as well. The people who work here are friendly and the service is prompt. The store and restrooms are spotlessly clean. Parking is easy out front. They have a well thought out Drive Thru. The prices are fair. Ordering is quick and easy. They have a really good Loyalty Program. I especially like that you can get Coffee and Drink refills easily. Their WIFI is very good! Great new location! read more

I was very disappointed with Panera this past weekend. On Friday April 15, I ordered 18 bagels for April 17th pick up. I received a confirmation with exactly what I ordered. When I went through drive through to pick up, not only was I instructed to come inside - I was told that they did not have the bagels that I ordered and the order was not ready ( I had received a text earlier that it WAS ready). Unsatisfactory customer service. People who came in that morning and others in drive through took precedent over my order previously placed two days early for Easter brunch. Thus, the bagels that I had to take were not the ones my guests requested - and it took a long time to pick up. I will not go to Panera again for bagels. read more

I went there for soup and paid 9 dollars for a bowl of chicken and rice soup. I am used to paying about the same amount at a nice sit down restaurant. When I opened the bowl it was half full and lukewarm. Panera has really gotten out of control with prices of their menu items read more

The food was great as always however the service and ease of ordering was appalling. The first clue were the number of people by the kiosks. We walked to the desk and there were signs saying due to staffing shortages to order through the kiosk. We witnessed three different parties walk out to go somewhere else because they couldn't figure out the kiosk. There was a woman there I felt so bad for because she had sight issues and we tried to help her out as much as possible. The manager sat at a table on her computer while everyone was struggling. At a minimum one of the workers should have been by the kiosk at various times asking or assisting people. If you want to order and dine in here - order from the drive thru and go in and eat. Everything is pretty fresh all the time and the bakery items are delicious. Just once in a while when I order French onion soup it seems that I'm getting the bottom of the pot the dreggs instead of nice translucent soft onions in it. That's my only complaint. They decided to put their cups behind the counter which is fine. But they also put all the condiments back there too. So we pay for monthly coffee but you have to wait until they finish with customers to get condiments for your coffee. Unfortunately I'm dissatisfied with these guys because of their lack of customer service, it almost feels like your going through a "cheaper" drive-thru restaurant. The new Panera is a hotspot for my friends and I to work on homework and labor over college applications. The cozy cafes inviting smell of warm roast arabica beans and freshly kneaded bread, bagels, and an endless variety of pastry items makes it an ideal study spot. Between homework assignments, we typically relieve our academic agony with a much needed snack. My go to order is usually a bread bowl, or my personal favorite: The Green Goddess Salad. However, during our latest study session, my nostrils were intrigued by the seasonal smells of the cafe, and my eyes were fixated on the new seasonal menu. Three items down on the list was the turkey chili, had I known my seasonal expectations were not going to be met, I would have chosen a different item. Although I am not much of a chili fan, the description depicted a delectable soup so warm, artisan crafted, and hearty that my soul would achieve the comforting fall feeling that I so longed. There were only five star reviews of the chili on Panera's website, and raving reviews floating through the air in the ambient cafe. A couple hours into my study session, I watched as others ordered their meals, and I pondered the perfect side to accompany the chili. I settled on a whole wheat roll, ordered a cup serving size, received my buzzer, and sat down next to a window seat with my group of friends. As we waited, the cold temperature of Panera mimicked what a floridan might call fall, thus it set us up for our aesthetic autumn meals. There was no more than a 2 minute wait before my buzzer lit up, vibrating the entire table. At first glance I noticed the chili was made up of reddish-brown soup with kidney beans, chickpeas, assorted vegetables, and ground turkey to bulk up the broth. Steam rose from the center of the bowl, and filled the air with a faint smell of cinnamon and chili spices.The pleasant texture and enchanting aroma were promising.That being said, the actual chili did not taste like the delectable euphorical experience I was promised. Panera has much better gems throughout it's menu. To be frank, the chili was not terrible, but it was not good enough to purchase again or to replace my go to order.The green goddess salad is still my clear first choice, and this chili didn't do much to challenge that. Of course, the addition of bread nicely complemented the soup, but the bread was really the star of the show. And lets not forget the main reason I ordered this item, to enjoy a snack on my study break and to forget I have hours of work left. This soup did not make me didn't make me forget anything, in fact, it kind of reminded me why I don't eat chili. For my chili enthusiast reading this, I have a simple suggestion: stick with your tradition chili, there is no competition here. And as for my chili-haters, this seasonal dish won't be changing your mind anytime soon! read more

I have not had the best experience with this location. Granted they are new, but communication is very important. I had an issue with a delivery order and could not get ahold of anyone. I ended up calling corporate, and they couldn't even get in touch with the location. I have received hard cookies twice when indicating I would not like hard cookies. (Yes, it's a preference, but the cookies I received were quite hard. Hard to where if you microwaved them, they were still hard.) Other than that, the food I ordered was really great. They are still having a phone issue as I have tried to call them due to my delivery saying it is out for delivery an hour early. (The delivery persons were personable and apologetic.)
